First day back at work today with the new diet. I got my meals in ! But was only got 95% of my meal 3 completed before I had to duck off to a patient. My supplements arrived and I packaged them after work. Loving all the feedback and I have a plan for next week to get some more steamed veggies into my meals.
Question:
Does anyone have experience with injectable l-carnitine? Ive never used it before and would love to hear others feedback about the results they received if any.
Ok thanks for the feedback.@KettlebellKingpin dont inject carnitine aint good bro no need for it
how about you add cardarine gw 20mgs for the stack? that will help you lean out
lets cut the dinner meal 4 carbs
and supps i can see in pics what you got can you do upclose?
@KettlebellKingpin cardarine and stenabolic (start 10mgs each) is a good one but the supps i would add stright n2guard to it if you can worth it for sure broOk thanks for the feedback.
Supplements: Multi-vitamin, B100 Complex, Vitamins E, D3, K, Magnesium, NAC, TUDCA, Omega-3s, Boswellia Extract, Red Yeast Rice, and Ashwagandha.
Ive got cardarine and SR9009 in the stack set out below:
Pre Zone 2 Cardio: 20mg Cardarine + 10mg SR9009 for endurance and fat loss.
Ok thanks mate, that sounds like a great idea. Can i ask about your comment of cutting meals 4 carbs. Are you suggesting i move these carbs between the first three meals and just do beef with veggies as per your last comment?@KettlebellKingpin cardarine and stenabolic (start 10mgs each) is a good one but the supps i would add stright n2guard to it if you can worth it for sure bro

@KettlebellKingpin you should move carbs around your training and not in eveningOk thanks mate, that sounds like a great idea. Can i ask about your comment of cutting meals 4 carbs. I have started looking into adding in a fibre supplement and will get something ordered next week.
