@KettlebellKingpin we are all positive for your bro its the EVO family here to support you :)

i see you doing a lot of olive oil too much monosaturated fat you need to swap that for walnut oil 1 time and fish oil 1 time

and meal 4 drop the sweet potato and rice
just do beef with steamed veggies
and id add some more fiber too

Perfect thank you for the feedback I will look into this. Ive got a goal for next weeks meal prep to add in some more fresh green veggies.

Question:

Does anyone have experience with injectable l-carnitine? Ive never used it before and would love to hear others feedback about the results they received if any.

Ok thanks mate, that sounds like a great idea. Can i ask about your comment of cutting meals 4 carbs. Are you suggesting i move these carbs between the first three meals and just do beef with veggies as per your last comment?

I have started looking into adding in a fibre supplement and will get something ordered next week.

Nice job bro

@KettlebellKingpin you should move carbs around your training and not in evening
you need to cut and to do that you need to get carbs TKD style around training

please share more training updates
