I just ordered RAD140 (testolone) and GW (cardarine) from Umbrella Labs based on recommendations from this forum. Figured I'd log to help others.

Cycle:
1-8: RAD140 20mg
1-8: GW-501516 20 mg
1-8: N2guard 3 caps

Current stats:
6'2 165lb 13.3% BF
Lost 10lb over last 2 months with diet and exercise (1/2 muscle 1/2 fat)

Exercise
Strength training 3 days/week
Run 2 days/week
Walk a few miles every day

Diet:
Clean mostly meat, nuts, and vegetables and small amount of whole carbs.
25%/25%/50% carbs/fat/protein
1700 cals a day
Will switch to 2200 once I start and adjust weekly based on results

Goal:
Put on some mass while limiting fat gain.
 
Good setup.
Walking is very underrated. It has a lot of benefits and is low impact

This is a good stack 20/20 on rad/gw but you need to split dose this 10mgs AM, 10mgs pretraining 30min for both.

This is a good start info but please share more.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

@hogdgetwinstwin You’re already doing great with your training and nutrition, so you’ve got a strong foundation. Increasing your calories from 1700 to 2200 once you start is a good plan to gain muscle without piling on fat!
