I received my stuff from Umbrella crazy fast, within 48 hours of ordering. Started the cycle yesterday. I know I am really skinny. Hoping I can retain BF while putting on some good muscle.

I wish I could lift more but 3x week is all I have time for.
All exercises are 3 sets 8-12 reps
Walk at least 8000 steps every day outside of gym.
