Okay, I started my transformation journey about a week ago. When I started, I was 245 pounds of lard. I'm already down 15 pounds in 1 week with my diet and training routine! I will continue to post updates daily, and progress pics monthly. I am about to start my 8 week cycle of sarms1 GW and S4. I will start the GW dosages at 10mg ed, split doses and S4 at 20mg ed. I will eventually be taking 20mg ed split doses of GW, and 50mg ed of S4. My diet plan is very simple, and extremely effective. On a day to day basis, I eat a maximum of 20 carbs, which is what comes from my protein shakes and milk. I eat as much fat as I want, because not having carbs in my system forces my body to go into a ketogenic state, in which my body can't use carbs for energy, so it must burn fat and protein for energy. Check out the Evolutionary diet .... Now THIS is where GW is going to shine. What it is:

Cardarine (GW-501516) (GW1516 or GSK-516) is a drug that acts as a PPARδ modulator. GW 501516 activates AMP-activated protein kinase and stimulates glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue, and GW 501516 has been demonstrated to reverse metabolic abnormalities in obese men with pre-diabetic metabolic syndrome, most likely by stimulating fatty acid oxidation...

In English, that means that GW will make my body only run on fat, not protein. Which is good because we all know protein is our muscle food, and that's what we want it used for. And since I will be intaking minimal carbs (another energy source for the body) my body will not be relying on carbs for energy.

This makes me, literally, a fat burning MACHINE!

My current diet, based on the evo diet formula (body weight x12-10%=calorie intake)
For me, that's 2400 calories a day. For 2 weeks I will be eating:
1560 calories of fat
720 calories of protein
120 calories of carbs
Per day

After that, the macros will change because I will have lost about 10 pounds hopefully.

Have been following over at elite fitness, bro. Keep up the good work just remember to pace yourself. 8 weeks will be plenty of time for the GW and S-4 to make a huge transformation. Staying consistent is the method to the madness ;)

travishibachi haha. Same username, bro. I told you on there that elite fitness (no pun intended at all) is a marathon not a sprint and I'd be following. And that I love me some tabata it's one of the most effective protocols you can follow imo and very time-friendly.

As much testosterone as there is on there I think there's an equal amount of estrogen especially during the winter time haha. You can please some people some of the time but not everyone all of the time.
 
Im on the sarms triple stack and I've managed to gain 10lb not lose lol.. probably due to glycogen/water storage being replenished
since I stopped doing ketosis. Im almost done with my second week.
 
First, again, congratulations on trying to change your life. No matter what the haters say, you are trying to better yourself, how is that a bad thing? No matter the situation.

Second, you forgot your before pics, your diet and your training. Keep the log up my friend.
 
S4 and gw are a potent fat burning combo I've used on several occasions. You'll have great success with them

Breakfast: 2 large organic eggs, fried onion, tomatoe, bacon bits, tsp sour cream, hot sauce, 1 coffee with heavy cream and 2 packs sweetnlow, 1 cup black
