SarmsForSale Log!

awm1981

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
So posted in my other thread the TD pictures! Shipping was crazy fast ordered on a Thursday night right before they closed for the day and was in my mailbox by Saturday morning. Packaging was very secure and product looks beautiful!

I am doing my sarms cycle in 2 phases:

1) Started today taking 20mg/day Cardarine and 20mg/day SR9009 (split dose before morning workout and then second dose later in the day). Will run just these 2 stand alone until April.

2) Starting in April I will be adding in Osta (Mk2866), LGD, and RAD140. Doses will be 25mg/day osta, 10mg/day LGD, and 20mg/day RAD140. Will run this for 3 months through end of June/beginning of July.

3) PCT will be 4-6 week and will run 25mg/day clomid, 20mg/day nolva, and n2generate from need2buildmuscle.com

Then will take a nice long break for about 3 months. I am contemplating picking up some MK677 and running that in PCT and then afterwards to bridge.

Goal of my cycle is going to be adding lean muscle mass. I am about 6'9" 255 pounds right now. Looking to get stronger as well as cut down on BF (yes I know im looking for a unicorn!)

Current state. Carrying more BF than id like im guessing around 15-16% maybe a little higher.

Training I workout 7 days a week no days off! I do splits of Pushing/Legs/Pulling with cardio days in between.

Let the fun begin!!!

Of course I forgot the link t the pic of me now:

3P5JQnr.png

Corto no specific goal. I just dont run the suppressive sams more than 12 weeks and I want to finish off right at end of June/Beginning of July.

I will run Cardarine and Sr9009 for 4-5 months at a go. I then will take a break for a month or two and start up again. I was running esarms cardarine and sr9009 now switching to Sarmsforsale.

I have run sarmsfor about 4 years off and on. Have had legit stuff (sarmsx, sarms1, esarms) as well as tried the other hot garbage out there when sarms1 and sarmsx were converting to capsules from liquid (sarmsx never came back so stuck with sarms1) such as RUI, PureRaws, irc.bio which is like science.bio now, southern sarms, sarms search, and a few others so have a good grasp on quality.

More fun facts!

I am not on TRT. Although my test levels are not very high (usually im in the 375-400 range) its enough where I always run a PCT and im not taking anything else other than the sarms.

My diet is pretty strict and boring as fuck. I mean prep so usually its a big pot of quinoa, I buy a ton of organic steam-able veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, peas, brussel sprouts, spinach, etc), and then I grill about 10-15 pounds of boneless/skinless chicken breasts.

I intermittent fast from about 10pm - 2pm. First meal is at 2pm and is about 60% of my calories for the day. Second meal is around 8pm and is the rest.

Supplements are N2Guard, N2Generate, BCAAs, and coq10.

I usually train in the morning and its fasted training. I do have degenerative disc disease which is from years of sports. This means no heavy deadlifts or squats! Sucks but it is what it is.

Pushing: Flat and Incline Bench, dips, flys, triceps, shoulders

Legs: quad extensions, hamstring curls, glute/ham bridges, lunges, light weight goblet squats, etc

Pulling: Weighted pullups and chinups, lat pull down, rows, biceps, etc

Cardio is usually an hour+ of swimming or stairmill.

Will add more as I think about it but thats enough about me for now!

We have seen some of your past logs and are very excited to have you logging our products. Keep providing these great updates as you can! We know you are going to have tremendous results!

Proof that you don't need a high level to have a good physique.

Proof that you don't need a high level to have a good physique.

Thanks Mobster yea it takes a bit more work and focus on diet but its doable! Its also why when I see people saying they are on TRT and levels are 1000+ and still looking for more im baffled!

Alright a couple more days in with the sarmsforsale Cardarine and Sr9009 and very happy with both products.

I switched over from running esarms products and have seen zero drop in my endurance/stamina which is a key sign that both products are top notch quality.

For those who have never used cardarine and sr9009 please do not expect a massive rush of energy like a preworkout. I see people post that they are using cardarine or sr9009 and dont feel a "boost". They are not stimulants. They are PPAR antagonists. You will notice though especially with cardiovascular exercise that you will be able to sustain the same level or performance longer or you will be able to push harder through your cardiovascular workouts.

This also translates to strength training however again you will see the most results tied to cardiovascular training.

Dosing: I take my full 20mg of cardarine when I wake up. I will split my s9009 30 mins before each workout.

Right now with all the gyms closed I am doing a 2 a day workout routine.

I have an Schwinn Airdyne AD7 bike for cardio, dip station, adjustable bench with adjustable dumbbells up to 125 pounds each, pull-up bar, and a 50 pound weighted vest.

I am riding the airdyne bike in the morning for about 30-40 mins. This isnt a slow paced workout I push as hard as I can till im dripping in sweat.

This exercise is fasted. When done I will have my BCAAs. I do not eat until 2pm so if I need a little boost I will have a tiny cup of cold brew coffee but otherwise its just water.

I will eat at 2pm. My second workout is 4pm. I will take my second dose of sr9009 before this workout as well.

Second workout will involve pushing, legs, or pulling (I alternate each day). This workout is about 30 mins and is all fast paced high rep training.

Weighed in today and I am 253 pounds so down about 2 pounds so far. Again goal is to lean down while maintaining strength. Will be tough with the current situation not being able to get to a gym and do some heavier weight workouts but will do my best!

thanks for the great updates brother! keep up the great work, you are doing an excellent job!

Ok 3 more days in and have to say the Cardarine and Sr9009 are top notch!

Today was cardio day and threw in some abs as well.

Since all the gyms here are closed I hit my airdyne bike for 90 minutes with a break at 45 mins as not gonna lie that seat kills your ass! Felt great though throughout the entire workout. Contemplated keep going to switched over to a variety of ab exercises. Did bird-dogs, dead bugs, regular plank, spiderman plank, side plank, and some mountain climbers to finish off.

Diet has been spot on too. Im about 6 days in now and down to 251. Im sure some of it is water weight but im keeping my hydration way up as I always do so glad to see the scale going down by 4 pounds so far.

I even thought about doing another workout tonight but really trying to not get overzealous and burn myself out before I even start in on the 12 weeks of adding osta, lgd, and rad so letting my body recover and making sure I stretch and rest appropriately.

Will continue to update and hope everyone is safe!

sweet!! great job bro, keep it up! 4 pounds in 6 days is excellent!

Today is cardio day but chest day was brutal yesterday.

In the morning around 7am I hammered out 500 push-ups with my push-up bars. Chest was feeling really good and no issues getting them done. Essentially I will do sets of as many I can do at a time (ranges from 50 at the start down to around 25 as I get burnt out).

Had my first meal at 2pm which was 3 slices of Ezekiel bread toasted and 6 sunny side up eggs with some steamed spinach.

Then at 4pm had the great idea to go down to my basement and train. Grabbed my adjustable dumbbells and threw 90 pounds on each and did 5 sets of incline bench with 10/8/8/7/6 for the reps then adjusted the bench to flat and did 5 sets with 9/8/7/6/6 for reps.

Threw in some dumbbell triceps extensions with 45 pound dumbells 3 sets of 10/8/6 reps and then did body weight dips for 3 sets on my dip stations with 13/11/9 reps.

Dinner was a bag of steamed riced cauliflower, bag of steam broccoli, steamed baby carrots and 8oz steak.

Literally woke up today and couldnt move LOL! Today is cardio so will be very light and will be stretching a lot as my chest is super tight.

All in all though pushing my body as hard as I can and the GW and SR9009 are definitely helping and what id expect from top notch sarms.

Weight is about the same too im down maybe .5 LBs so also good as I expect the weight loss to slow dramatically.

Hope everyone is good!!

Who unplugged the sink?! How’s it gonna flush now??

Hahahahaha oh man almost sit out my BCAAs!

Ok killed back workout today. Felt really good after a cardio day with abs and stretching yesterday so went hard.

Workout consisted of:

4 sets of chin-ups with 20LBs added to dip belt. Reps were 9/8/6/6
4 sets of pull-ups with 20Lbs added to dip belt. Reps were 8/7/7/6
4 sets of alternate hand pull-ups (one hand overhand one hand underhand) with just bodyweight alternating grips with each set. Reps were 10/9/8/6

4 sets of bodyweight bar pulls. My dip station has a straight bar across so positioning myself under it and pulling my chest to the bar and alternating over hand and under hand grips each set. Reps were 15/13/11/10

Finished with 3 sets of bent over single hand dumbbell rows with 90 pounds on my adjustable dumbbell. Reps were 12/10/8

I usually do zero biceps and that was the same today. If you cant do pull-ups or chin-ups my stance is you have no reason to do biceps. If you hit those 2 exercises hard enough you will grow biceps without focusing on them. Not saying they are useless but id rather focus on larger exercises that hit multiple muscle groups.

A few pics arms are getting larger and a gratuitous pic for sarmsforsale LOL (couldnt resist! Also ignore my dirty basement!). Remember BUY AMERICAN!

Have a good one guys!

Thanks brotha and hahaha yea they will be hurting but it was gonna happen sooner or later.

Still a fan I hope he throws for 6,000 yards and 60 TDs in Tampa

We are really enjoying seeing your progress. Thank you for the progress pictures. keep up the great effort!

Ok 2 more days in and the Cardarine and SR9009 are definitely helping me push through my workouts. This morning was leg day so workout was as follows:

20 mins warmup on airdyne bike
5 sets x 15 reps 90 pound goblet squats
5 sets x 15 reps 35 pound dumbbells in each hand lunge with foot up on my flat bench
5 sets x 30 reps glute/ham bridges with feet up on an exercise ball
5 sets x 20 reps hamstring curls with feet up on an exercise ball
5 sets x 25 reps straight leg dead lifts with 60 pound dumbbells in each hand

Finished with 5 sets of regular planks and then 5 sets of side planks.

Pretty good burn for my legs. Had no issues pushing through any of it and thats part of the beauty of the Cardarine and SR9009 you just notic you dont get fatigued anywhere near as quickly as without it.

Also lots of stretching afterwards to keep my back loose as if I dont and my quads and hammys get tight im screwed back is a mess!

Food wise I was able to snag about 25 cans of chicken breast in water so having that drained and mixed with some home made guacamole and putting that on a lavash flax/soy wrap along with shredded lettuce and tomato. Not too bad tasting either!

Stay safe everyone!

So even though I cant leave my house LOL things are cruising along!

The GW and SR9009 are 100% legit and the best ive run so far bar none. My cardio is through the roof which has been awesome for leaning out. Im down to 249 pounds now so down about 6 pounds overall in about 2 weeks!

This morning was chest day. Im starting to mix in supersets to mix things up so workout was:

6 rounds of:
95 pounds each dumbbell flat bench - reps were 9/8/8/7/6/6
Bodyweight Dips - 14/12/10/9/8/7
Tricep extensions with 50 pound dumbbells - 10/9/8/7/6/6
50 pound dumbbell flys - 13/11/9/8/6/6
50 pound upright dumbbell rows - 10/9/9/7/6/5
Pushups - 25/22/20/19/17/15

Literally dripping sweat was a nasty workout but feeling great!

Breakfast was a cup steel cut oats with some stevia and 2 scoops chocolate casein protein powder.

Update pic below keep at it guys!

Very nice work my friend!! We can definitely see the progress you are showing! We are very happy for you! Now keep working hard and realize that this is just the start for you and there is much more to come!

Still going strong!

Had a brutal pulling workout today and not that kind LOL.

Started off with some biceps curls which I never really do but wanted to try doing my workout with my biceps pre-fatigued. Also got my resistance bands in as well so gave them a go.

Workout was:

4 x 8 reps 55 pounds dumbbell curls
5 x chin ups with 25 pounds on dip belt reps were 9/8/8/6/5
5 x pull ups with 25 pounds on dip belt reps were 9/8/7/5/5
5 x 200 pounds resistance bands (100 per handle) back rows reps were 12/11/9/8/7
5 x bodyweight bar pulls reps were 15/12/10/9/9
5 x bent over dumbell rows with 95 pound dumbbells reps were 12/9/8/6/5

Body was cooked! Arms are like jello right now tough to even type. First meal was just shredded iceberg lettuce with a tomato and grilled chicken. Dressing was just a little organic EVOO and some salt/pepper.

Cardarine and Sr9009 are def doing their job too!

Need these puppies to grow!

Stay safe everyone!

Ok so another update!

Cardio is on point. I did 90 mins on the airdyne bike this morning plus abs and legs which consisted of various planks and then goblet squats with 90 pound dumbbell, hamstring curls on workout ball, and 90 pound dumbbell straight leg deallifts.

Cardarine and SR9009 keep me on point and pushing harder and harder each day. Down to 248 now and starting to lean up a bit as well. Ignore the dirty mirror! Diet too has been great really just focusing on my intermittent fasting as well as pretty much eating only lean meats/fish/eggs, healthy fats (avocados, olive oil, coconut oil, etc), veggies, and low GI carbs like quinoa and sweet potatoes.

Abs still a ways away but def making progress!

Stay safe everyone!

You are doing a tremendous job! Thank you for the descriptive updates and for inspiring others!

Alright so got up early this morning and hammered out my pulling day. Was kind of tired and not in the mood to train but once I got going it turned out to be a great workout.

I usually start off with my chins and pullups but decided to switch up the order of my moves and incorporate the 200 pound resistance bands I picked up last week.

I did a bunch of sets or rows (wide grip palms down, neutral grip palms facing in, and low rows with palms facing up) where I didnt track rep counts just kept going until fatigued.

Then looped them around my pullup bar a down and did the same tactic of reps till failure except these were lat pull downs with the same pattern of alternating grips.

Next was 100 pound dumbbell bent over rows. 5 sets reps were 12/11/9/8/6.

Then did body weight bar pulls 5 sets reps were 16/13/10/8/7

Then I hit my Pullups and Chinups. I did my usual 20 pounds added on my dip belt and reps were down but thats fine that was the goal to pre-fatigue before hitting these exercises.

Chins - 5 sets reps were 9/8/8/6/5
Pullups - 5 sets reps were 9/7/7/6/5

I finished with some 50 pound dumbbell curls and then used my resistance bands standing on them to do curls as well to burn out. Was a pretty substantial workout but felt great!

Updated pics. Feeling a little bloated but it is what it is. Note its not from the sarms just had more sodium over the weekend and with all the water I drink I noticed im holding water but will dissipate over the next day or 2.

Cant wait to add the LGD, RAD, and Osta next week! Stay Safe everyone!

Thanks guys and so still carrying on as best as possible! Im hovering around 248 pounds still btu gaining some vascularity and trying to lean out.

Again the MK2866, LGD, and RAD140 will be added likely beginning of next week.

Chest day was today. Went for some heavier dumbbells for chest press and mixed in my bands and pushup bars.

Did some warmups with my bands and some pushups then jumped into my workout:

6 sets x 8 reps at 95 pound dumbbells
4 sets x 10 reps 30 pound weighted dips
4 sets x 10 reps 55 pound flat bench triceps extensions
4 sets x 12 reps flys with 100 pounds of resistance on resistance bands
4 sets x 12 reps triceps extensions looped around my pullup bar with 150 pounds of resistance
5 sets of pushups reps were 28/25/22/18/16

Was torched by the end. Stamina has been through the roof with the cardarine and sr9009 so very happy with both.

Post workout pics. Hope everyone is doing well and keep at it!

Today was pulling day again and decided to hit it early.

Warmed up with some light band work and hopped on my airdyne bike for about 5 mins to get blood pumping.

Started with the resistance bands again and did a bunch of rows and lat pull downs with the full 200 pounds of resistance.

I did:

4 sets x 12 reps overhand lat pulldowns
4 sets x 12 reps underhand lat pulldowns
4 sets x 12 reps neutral grip lat pulldowns
4 sets x 12 reps standing overhand wide grip rows
4 sets x 12 reps standing underhand rows
4 sets x 12 reps standing neutral grip rows

Threw 100 pounds on my adjustable dumbbells and then did 4 sets with reps being 11/9/7/7

Then started in with my pullups and chins. Was pretty fatigued so did just body weight:

4 sets of wide grip pullups reps were 13/11/10/9
4 sets of chin ups reps were 14/11/9/7

Finished with some 60 pound dumbell curls 4 sets x 6 reps per set then burned my biceps out doing curls with the resistance bands set at 100 pounds (50 pounds per hand).

Definitely no lack of stamina LOL! Weight is holding the same but keeping size and getting more vascular. Also lats and staying wide which im happy about. Yes I am wearing gloves with all this covid-19 stuff and young children I was my hands probably 4398461874 times a day so were literally destroyed so had to use them. Again hope everyone is healthy and doing their best to stay active!

Great job man. I think I see a calf vein too! You are definitely looking lean and like you said, lats are staying wide. Keep pushing hard man. Hopefully this is motivating other guys to keep hitting it hard.

Thanks Masonic yea just trying to focus on diet and training since really nothing else to do at this point!

Hoping stuff calms down come May so can hit the beach June-August like normal!

Got up extra early today to get my pushing workout in. Luckily yesterday the wife and I did a healthy Easter meal which was nice. Fresh lean spiral ham, steamed green beans, steamed carrots, roasted asparagus, roasted baby potatoes, and quinoa so no damage to diet!

Actually dropped another half pound so clocking in at 247.5 pounds as of today.

Chest I decided to do more of a circuit workout today to do it a little different. Loaded my adjustable dumbbells with 90 pounds, bands with 150 pounds of resistance, had my push up bars, and my other smaller adjustable dumbbells set to 45 pounds.

Circuit consisted of:

15 push-ups
15 triceps pushdowns with resistance bands wrapped around my pull-up bar
15 flys with 45 pound dumbells
10 reps 90 pounds dumbbells incline bench
12 reps overhead triceps extensions with 45 pound dumbbells

I did 8 rounds of these exercises and chest/tri's were torched at the end. Results have been fantastic on the Cardarine and SR9009 so going to push the start of the MK2866, LGD and RAD140 to next monday April 20th so that I wrap up the exntire cycle end of July during peak summer time.

Vascularity is picking up too. Overall extremely happy with the progress and the sarms especially in these limited conditions. Hope everyone had a happy Easter and stay healthy!!

Excellent work! You are doing awesome!

Thank You!

Today was cardio day so pushed through over 90 mins on the airdyne bike. Also did a bunch of sets of planks, side planks, spider-man planks, inch worms, etc then did some goblet squats with 100 pound dumbbell till failure.

The cardarine and sr9009 is def doing its job and the fat burning effects of both are def kicking in too! Decided to delay the other compounds from sarms.forsale until next week (mk2866, LGD, and Rad140) as again im loving the effects of the cardarine and SR9009 but super excited to add them in. Hope every is killing their workouts!

Took about an hour to get this done and body was spent. Its still early but starting to feel the LGD and Rad140 in particular kick in. MK2866 is also helping with recovery after brutal workouts.

The GW and SR9009 are also still being used and no limit to energy for me! Also weight is hovering around the 249-250 number so will be tweaking some of my macros/calories in the next few weeks see what works best.

Go get after it everyone!

nice bro, thanks for the update!

No problem!

Today was just a pure cardio day. Hit my airdyne bike for 2 hours and didnt miss a beat. Getting to the point that i dont even get tired which is why i love cardarine and sr9009 so much.

Waiting for the mk2966, LGD, and RAD140 to really pick up in the next week or so! Vascularity on point too! Stay Safe!

Alright another chest day done!

Did a mix of strength and hypertrophy training.

Quick warmup for 10 mins on the airdyne bike to get the blood flowing then a few sets of pushups and moved to:

8 sets x 8 reps 200 pound dumbbell flat bench press with 100 pound dumbbells
4 x 6 reps 200 pound dumbbell incline bench press with 100 pound dumbbells

After that I switched to my 200 pound resistance bands and pushups and did 8 circuits of:

20 pushups
20 flys
12 triceps pushdowns
12 triceps extensions

Overall feeling awesome! Was sweating so bad started with a long sleeve and had to change. Chest is definitely growing and getting stronger. Also picking up vascularity everywhere including calves. Its only been a week or so into the RAD140, MK2866, and LGD and loving it.

Keeping grinding!

Hey guys hope all is good!

Back day was today. Continuing the hypertrophy training so workout was high rep fast moving. I switched up the order of the moves im doing to try and pre-fatigue other muscle groups before doing my larger moves.

Equipment was 100 pound dumbbells, 200 pound resistance bands, and 55 pound dumbells.

Did 10 circuits of:

Resistance Band Lat pulldowns x 15 reps
Resistance Band wide grip rows x 15 reps
Resistance Band close grip rows x 15 reps
Bar pulls x 15 reps
55 pound dumbbell curls x 8 reps
100 pound back rows x 12 reps
Pull-ups x 10
Chin-ups x 10

The reps drop a little as i got to the end so had to do as many as I could, take a 10 second break, then hammer out the remaining ones but got all of them down. Feeling the Rad140, LGD, and mk2866 really kicking in now. Vascularity picking up and muscle are more dense/full.

Disappointed as my summer beach vacations were cancelled due to all this craziness but gonna keep pushing anyways! Stay safe everyone!

Looking solid man! I like how your adjusting to what you have at home and it’s still affective!

I tried to message rick as well. And it did the same thing. Said he wasn’t accepting messages or something. He’s super busy though. So hopefully he will get back soon

You are going to have fun with that!

Thanks guys!

Today was just cardio so not a lot to post other than cardarine and sr9009 is still on point helping me kill my cardio!

Did 90 mins on my airdyne bike doing 2 mins at a moderate pace they 1 min at a sprint and repeating that cycle for the entire time. Near the end the rest was a little longer (2.5m-3m) but was exhausted when complete.

Weight has been holding steady at 252 right now. Going to revisit my diet just because I havent been dropping as much as I would like and not sure if im retaining a little water from my diet so will switch up some of my macros and go from there.

Pic is from after I had showered and still feeling a pump from yesterdays chest workout. Muscle bellies are full and definitely feeling stronger!

Stay safe guys!
