They would come in 1 50ml vial and are intended to be used on blast, if your looking to use this over months and months the smaller vile size options may be the way to go to save on wear and tear on the stopper

You definitely have a high chance of getting floaters. I use 50 ml jugs , and towards the end you get floaters , leaks , all sorts of not so ideal things .
I reccomend transferring .
If you have syringe filter even better .
