Listen to the podcast pretty much daily so just wanted ask a few questions to the experts.
Currently on a cut to get down to 10 percent body fat, then want to go on a lean bulk to put some mass on.
I'm currently 160lb, i know i need to eat, my maintenance calories is around 2700 - 2900. Wanting to do the cycle as I've always been lean, find it so hard to gain decent mass, and as Steve says on the podcast, am fed up for being the skinny kid.
I'm 37 with years of training and dieting under my belt, when i started training i was around 112lbs. Want to run it safely so have narrowed it down to this -
Test 250mg
EQ 100mg
Anadrol 25mg 4 weeks (would be dbol but dont like water weight.)
Will have aromasin and nolva on hand for any issues.
How's the cycle look? Will that put mass on me in a calorie surplus, or would i need more for my goals?
