I’m back on intermittent fasting. Usually 14-16 hour fasts. This week hasn’t been great as cleanliness of diet. BBQ’s, a couple meals out, and occasional ice cream at night. Not enough to totally derail me but need to tighten it back up Monday. If I am going to get the abs I want, I need my diet to be nearly perfect.

I don’t feel that big, but I have been around people I haven’t seen in 6+ months and literally more than ten people have commented on “how much time I must be spending in the gym.” I feel kinda bad that it’s due to being on gear, but also feel better about my physique than I ever have.
@ajg223 alright lets cut that down tight
but you need at least 16-20 hour fasting if you want to get super tight and abs
you doing that?
 
This week the diet has not been on point. Not completely off the rails though. Got two workouts in.

22 min AMRAP
400m run
7 thrusters at 135lbs
20 kipping pull ups

5 rounds

Partner workout all work split

80 deadlifts at 135lb
100 calorie assault bike

60 deadlifts at 185
80 cals bike

40 deadlifts at 225
60 cal bike

20 deadlifts at 275
40 cal bike
