I can definitely relate to the depression. It is incredibly hard to talk about, especially in person.Thanks guys for the support. I was always embarrassed about it, but then I realized it’s part of who I am. Around that time I quit using drugs and alcohol and starting exercising. I had never lifted a weight before I turned 30.
I didn’t mean to make this about mental health and I wasn’t attempting to shame or make @Mobster feel bad. He has been more helpful than he knows in my journey.
