1. 16 weighted step ups 35lbs per hand
2. 8/8 kneeling landline press 90lbs
3. 16 heel lifts

D. 20 min Ryp Stick Speed Training Session

Thanks guys for the support. I was always embarrassed about it, but then I realized it’s part of who I am. Around that time I quit using drugs and alcohol and starting exercising. I had never lifted a weight before I turned 30.

I didn’t mean to make this about mental health and I wasn’t attempting to shame or make @Mobster feel bad. He has been more helpful than he knows in my journey.
 
That's good you quit the alcohol and drugs those Are depressants so they make you more depressed anyway
 
you are right everybody has something different about them and being different isn't something to be ashamed about
 
being different is what makes us strong and strong on this forum as well

I can definitely relate to the depression. It is incredibly hard to talk about, especially in person.

@ajg223 you're not the only one with addictions problems bro :) we all had them, I was a heavy drinker for years, quit and never looked backed, havent touched ANY alcohol in many years now
mental health is important thats why the EVO family is here for you :)

Started with about 20 minutes of mobility work.

1. 6 jump squats
2. 8 hip hinge lat pull downs 35lbs per arm
3. Kneeling cable rotations 35 lbs

B. 3 rounds
  1. 10 6 box jumps 30”
  2. 10 Incline bench rows 70lb
  3. 10 Cable machine crunches 60lb

C. 3 rounds

1. 10 wide grip barbell curl 80 lb
2. 10 close grip bench press 155 lb
3. 10 barbell shoulder press 115 lb
