Roughly 210lbs probably atleast 17% body fat.
Diet has been absolute dog shit for about 5 years. See food, eat food. Cookies, ice cream, you name it, I eat it. Due to some medical circumstances over the past 3 years, I've given up on bodybuilding for the most part. I had some major knee inflamation that was was destroying my leg work outs. Followed by a popping right shoulder. Followed by developing primary polcythemia (due to the testosterone replacement), followed by a umbilical hernia (surgery August 2022 to have it repaired). So between all of that, it's been 3 years since I've ever really looked at bodybuilding or trained with any intensity.
I've started to really feel better since I've been donating double red blood cell over the past 2 years and feel like I have the polycythemia situation taken care of. This past year I developed ED issues (yes, while on TRT). However, I do wonder how much of it is because I just stopped taking care of myself.
BUT THIS MOTHERFUCKER IS BACK IN THE SADDLE.
Supplements -
Geneza Pharma Cypionate 250mg (Subq 25MG daily, total of 175mg per week)
(2) multivitamins daily with food
(3) Fish Oil tabs per day
(1) 10mg of cialis daily
(3) heaping scoops of BCAAs with my gallon of water
(1) 250mg Niacin tab with breakfest
PREWORKOUT
(1) 5g scoop of creatine monohydrate
(1) 10oz cup of DEATH WISH COFFEE (BEST FUCKING COFFEE IN THE WORLD)
(1) tblsp 1500mg of L-Carnitine
*If I'm feeling like dog shit, I'll hit up vitamin shoppe to grab a BANG or 1st Phorm energy drink
DIET (please be advised this is a training and carb cycling diet)
*Fast Cardio then my 1st meal
Meal 1
1 1/2 Scoop of Dymatize Isolate
(1) whole banana
(1) tablespoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of RAW organic oats
(1) tablespoon of organic PB
Meal 2
4 Egg Whites
2 Whole Eggs
1/2 avocado
1/2 Cup of oats
(1) tablespoon cinnamon
Handful of blueberries OR 1/2 Apple diced up with oats
*Then I put frank's red hot sauce on my eggs because that shit is awesome
Meal 3 - 6
1 chicken breast
1 cup of broccoli/carrots
I grab a handful of almonds in between each meal
HIGH CARB DAYS IS THE SAME DIET WITH 1/2 CUP OF RICE WITH EACH MEAL
If I'm staying super dedicated, I won't have a single "cheat day" but I'm not training to compete, so I may have to sneek a BBQ Chicken pizza in on this day.
Over the past week, I've truly focused back on my early 20's diet of carb cycling like above,. I'm about 7 days into this and being so high body fat, I've decided to not re-feed at all and I'm literally starving. To the point dog shit looks appetizingly delicious. Mental sanity will definitely be under consideration as my body goes into ketosis.
TRAINING
Training currently consists of fasted cardio in the morning w/ Coffee and L-Carnitine
Day 1, Chest/ Triceps
Day 2, Quads/ Hammies
Day 3, Back, Biceps
Day 4, Cardio/ Abs/ Calves
REST
Day 6, Shoulders, Traps
Rest
