A late update from this week.

Just going through the motions now.

Tennis elbow just started to niggle at the end of the session.

Flat bench was just shite from the off set. No pain, just couldn't get set up correctly.

Different Bench, different rack, all the excuses.

Monday was upper.

Shit session.

Bench hurt the tennis elbow from the get go.
Just went light.

Dumbbell area was packed. So used Incline Smith. I'll probably focus on this over Dumbbell Press as I just preferred it.

Didn't train arms. Pulling exercises seemed to really niggle.

I'll train upper again tomorrow and access.

I do not want to be injured for my upcoming cycle.

Lower was good. Pbs all round as usual.
Dropped RDLs because of arm. Hyper extension apparently broken so seated Curls took their place. Hate that machine with a passion. Absolute cunt to get in and out of. But got the job done.

Seated calf's for a change as someone was doing using the Leg Press M/C between sets of texting.

Updated supplement list.

A nice delivery awaited me after work today from my friends and sponsor @DofRandD

Im actually thinking I may have a week off from the gym to try and shake this elbow issue.

It flared back up yesterday while working in the garden, but is absolutely fine today.

I don't want to be injured at the beginning of a cycle, plus a week out of the gym kinda gets me fired up to get back in there.

My proposed cycle will be 25mg Tren A, Test P, Mast P EOD alongside 20mg of Anavar Pre workout.

Be nice to have a week off from household chores, but the ball and chain wouldn't have that.

I'm actually rushing to get shit done around the house so I can have a few months just focusing on the gym.

When I'm on cycle I actually become rather demotivated to do shit like that.
 
If you're going to do 25mg of each per shot I would go ed. It's still mild enough but will also give really good gains if you train properly.
 
No training updates as I've not trained, and won't now till Monday.

Arms still not right.

Been taking the dogs on a few bike rides and generally relaxing.

Bought a rice cooker. Wish I had sooner.

I think the real key to good rice is to really thoroughly wash it. Which is something I'm actually new to!

Im also eating sushi rice which is so much nicer cold. It's no way as dry.

Both things I picked up from one of the only bodybuilders I really follow. Kuba Clain. His Mrs is also a bodybuilder, she's fucking impressive.
