Appreciate the comments from people about the alcohol but I kinda feel you dont get it, which is fine because if your not an addict you wont, commonsense answers like "dont drink", "Why cant you just stop" etc, this isnt a commonsense thing hence why people drink themselves to death. I was in rehab with Drunks, Junkies and Degenerate Gamblers and we were all in the same boat, it all works exactly the same way. When I watch my 600lb life and I hear them "Im so miserable but when I eat I am so happy" (they all say that) and straigt away I can tell that is Addiction.

I wont keep hammering on about the Drinking, I will list what I drank and ate, the objective was to lose weight and experiment with so called reports that Sema can stop/help with drinking, as time goes on and I if dont get any better with the drinking then I will have my answer.

@Ulter there is no alcohol in my house and I have no friends, I drink at home on my own
@ceo I live in Australia, for a drinking session for me its $60 ($37.88 USD) (it goes up every year with taxes)

Currently:
I am not going to call it a victory yet but I am 200g lighter, when I ate at lunch I ordered a Curry Katsu Don with rice and only managed to eat half and went to drink again tonight and I could only get through:

1 Hahn Low Carb Beer
1 Jim Beam Black Double Serve
2 Hard Lemon No sugars

This is drop of more than half then my normal drinking pattern, I feel full and bloated and have no PHYSICAL drive to drink anymore.

My wife is home tomorrow night so I cannot drink, its a public holiday Monday and I am going to beach with family so I wont be able drink again until Wednesday, the goal is by Wednesday to talk my self off the ledge and tell myself that if I drink "You will feel bloated, full and lose desire to do so pretty quickly"

I have had those tits since my late 20's, when I was 26 I had a testosterone test and had 'the test levels of an 80 year old man" I was put on a 1000mg test (cant remember would it was called, maybe Testosterone undecanoate?) that could only be administered by a endocrinologist every 3 months (its Australia, we are a nanny state) but had to stop when my wife wanted to fall pregnant and never looked at it again, I am seriously thinking about going on Test E when I start working out, my lest Testosterone test 2 months ago was 'Testosterone 5 nmol/l' to which the GP said was extremely low. (let me know your thoughts on the levels)

I have had different levels Erectile disfunction since I started having sex in my teens to the point now where I cannot get full bar without Cialis or Viagra, My penis size is also below average, even in my teens.

I tell you all this because the endocrinologist swears there is nothing wrong with me (no hormone producing issues or gland issues) yet why would a healthy male at 14 have an issue with an erection? I also cannot grow a beard, my dick is below average AND SHRINKING as the years go on to which I believe is related to the test issue, I grew no body hair until I was in 19 or so. I feel there is something wrong or missing but cant prove it but then you see how low my test is, shouldn't that mean something? I have seen vids of Tranny's (I am not in to dudes or Trannies) saying that they have their testicles removed to shrink their penis, I kind of feel with the lack of test this might be happening to me? (Your thoughts and theories would be great)

Let me know if I am talking to much or if you want me to report weight every day or whatever, I havnt done this before

@poopoobum many of us are recovering alcoholics or drug addicts so we do understand you.
It takes time to change a habit and EVO family will help you :D

I'm trying to see if we can meet in the middle and start tracking your progress a bit. :D I know its not perfect but lets talk.

I woke up at 106.9kg this morning and ZERO hangover :D
 
Keep it up mate! Its great you have well defined goals, and are keeping track of the exact amount of drinks and food you eat everyday, small incremental changes over a long period of time will lead to big results.

In regards to your test levels 5nmol/L is crazy low, im a similar age to you and mine is over 4x that naturally, below 9 means your are considered under the normal range, so judging by that you should definitely jump on something. When they put you on test back in the day did it give you any noticeable physical or mental effects?

Although...1000mg/3 months sounds ridiculously low haha, When I was blasting at one point I was doing 1000mg of Test E every week, I personally dont recommend going that high, you can achieve alot more with alot less using different synergistic compounds, obviously depending on what your bodybuilding goals are.
 
Any day u can wake up with no hangover is a good day!!! Proud of you for lowering your consumption.

Glutamine is also something that can help curb alcohol appetite.

Keep it up mate! Its great you have well defined goals, and are keeping track of the exact amount of drinks and food you eat everyday, small incremental changes over a long period of time will lead to big results.

In regards to your test levels 5nmol/L is crazy low, im a similar age to you and mine is over 4x that naturally, below 9 means your are considered under the normal range, so judging by that you should definitely jump on something. Yeah I cant remember how low I was in my late 20's but I did get the "Test of an 80 year old" meme; the 1000mg helped somewhat, my ED got a lot better, not perfect but better, Would love for people to chime in on their thoughts about my life long low test, if anyone has an idea?

Low testosterone can be serious, but at your size it's very important we are careful. If you go too high you can cause serious damage.

I would consider self TRT in your case around 100-150mgs testosterone/week @poopoobum but you would need to mod the drinking.

A few more grams down, I am eating once a day (that's all i feel like eating) and maybe half of what I would normally eat i.e. if I was to eat maccas (which I am not eating maccas, just as an example) I would be lucky to get through half a quarter pounder and half a large fries, missus picked up a shift and I drank 3 x light beers and couldn't drink anymore (I have gone from full strength to light beer) The weight side of journey is working, the alcohol consumption side of experiment is working.

According to the Australian Heart foundation; a 6' Male should be 187.5lbs (85 kg) this is what I aiming for, I am not wanting to remain there I just want to prove to myself I can get there (I have not been that light since I was 18, so roughly 20 years), that being said I plan on hitting the weights soon so we will see where it ends up.

speaking initially to @ZenithHealth, he said he can force himself to maintain size on Sema by eating on command, its early days for me but I cant see myself physically doing this, eating has become a bit of chore.
