Serm or AI during cycle to prevent gyno

Let's say I'm running a cycle of 500mg test/wk and 20mg dianabol each day should I take a serm like nolva or an AI like letroze to prevent gyno? also what doses? please and thank you

if you want to PREVENT gyno take some aromasin or arimidex bro...an AI is a must during a cycle...if you want to get RID of existing gyno, letrozole with nolvadex will do the trick....

A lot of people say that using an A.I can cause estrogen rebound during pct which can cause a loss of gains. So I should just take an ample amount of nolvadex during pct to evade all that extra estrogen build up?

You should use aromasin on cycle to keep estrogen in check. Letro is far too powerful and will kill your estrogen completely along with your dick.

Arimidex does nothing for me, tried multiple brands, I just don't respond. Aromasin is better for me. and everywhere I have read says that aromasin is the only one that you can mix with nolva and not have issues and is the only one that does not cause a rebound due to its suicidal bonds

arimidex is very weak and mild at best... i see countless amounts of guys still incur gyno issues when using it... aromasin has a multitude of benefits on top of being the strongest ai aside from letro out there... you want to run aromasin on cycle and through pct... read this article on pct and follow the protocol

A SERM is no replacement on cycle for an AI . A SERM only blocks estrogen and dos not lower it, setting yourself up for major problems

back in the late 80's that's all they could do on cycle is run SERM's since AI's did not exist. so the older guys just passed that on through online parroting and in the gym. if you ask most guys at the gym who are juicing what they take on cycle they will say nolva. they are way way way behind the times.

aromasin didn't even hit the market until about 10 years ago so guys just don't know any better

So how long would you use letro to battle high estro to get it in check before going back to aromasin ? My estro in my blood work was 220 !!! And I'm taking 12.5mg EOD of aromasin and have been since the beginning of my cycle , I'm on week 6 now and just got bloods last Friday , also on only 350mg test cyp , should I up my dose of aromasin since obviously 12.5mg EOD isn't enough

You def want an AI like aromasin or adex while on cycle to prevent gyno, bloat, etc. You'll also want n2guard for cycle protection. The dbol I would not run for longer than 4wks of the cyle.
