sermorelin dosing it before training

I’ve read that sermorelin works best dosing it before I weight train
need some advice on using it 500mcg pre workout. Seems like that dose will run me quite a bit expensive. Do you think it’s worth it at that dose or should I try doing it every other day instead?
I’m 220 lbs if that makes a difference and I’m 48 years old

I wouldn't use more than 200mcg of sermorelin to start but if you can afford it switch to hgh.
 
500 mcg seems high. I would do half that those

Probably a good idea to take it before and not after
 
I think growth hormone would work better, but that's just me.
 
200 mcg is what I would aim for.
 
You should definitely stack it with something else. Maybe some ghrp.
 
500 mcg is high, especially for a new user.
 
I personally would go with 100 mcg, it's a low dose, but then you can gauge your Performance.
 
Try some growth hormone and do a low dose. I think you'll notice a change.
 
there are multiple factors that go into the dosing for sermorelin.. you are not getting proper advice...

the first aspect is just easing into it in general.. 100-300 mcg max to start with...

when you weight a lot more, you may need a lot more for it to really work well for you.. so thats one factor... the older you are, the more you need because of the age related decline you have with hgh levels... also... people with a higher metabolic rate will need more to maintain adequate growth hormone stimulation...


the best time for growth hormone release and production is while you sleep so you would really want to take it pre bed and it will be more effective if you are fasted at least an hour.. . Generally this is the most effective way to to dose it.. in the circumstance that it negatively effects your sleep, you want to go with a morning dose fasted... it should be benefiting your sleep but there are always outliers so you have to listen to your body...
