An angry male of below average height who feels it necessary to act out in an attempt to gain respect and recognition from others and compensate for his abnormally short stature.

I agree with this. It's why Asians are always starting fights out at the clubs and such. They are always trying to fight if you so much as look at them wrong. Oh and before anyone says it.. NOT RACIST.lol I dated an Asian many years ago.

LOL it means how it sounds i guess, it just suits people with shortman syndrome, remember they often have a little man in there trousers too, that makes it harder for them, and so they get irritated.
