I’m taking 12.5mg of Aromasin eod 30mg of tbol everyday and 450mg of test e a week. I’m eating 3000-3500 calories a day depending on how I feel sleeping 6-8 hours and training 5 days a week but I’ve been stressed out a lot in the past week with some family issues that my siblings expect me to solve I also have my 7 week old daughter and lost my car keys yesterday which fucked with my metal state because of how disappointed I was with myself. I also had achy balls which I’ve just found out to be normal and the initial gains from the test e cycle that I’m 4 weeks into have started to slow down. I made an error going too heavy with the new strength I’ve had with shoulder press an bench press an aggravated a old shoulder issue. All in all I’m feeling shit I seen a post saying dropping my dose back down to 300mg or is this just part of the up’s and downs of being on roids?

Seems like you have a real dumpster fire going on! Dropping from 450 to 300 is not going to change anything except your bloodwork.
Are you on TRT?
IMO i would drop back to TRT(300mg'wk is not trt) levels or PCT and cycle when your life is a little less hectic and you can focus more.
The shoulder thing is no good as well. You gonna need to get that figured out. I've dealt with shoulder issues and it sucks.

Sounds like ypu jist have a lot going on contributing to stress and anxiety. Im not sure the cycle has anything to do with that but it is possible

@Churcuz you know things happen in life and I do get you, if things arent going well can be frustrating

I would start by cutting the dose to 300mgs/week testosterone and add a few things to the cycle.

lastly i want you to start a LOG on evo talking about your cycle diet and training this will help you stay dedicated and strong while we help you get the results you want on the cycle

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Why do you say that? Did I not stack the tbol properly
Cos you're majorly stressing out over what amount to life issues, achy balls and more. All while on, what can be for some, mood altering PEDs. We've seen posts where members get anxious just pinning. Others LOVE how they feel on.

I've written how some underestimate how stressful proper hard training and high PED use can be. Literally that in order to elicit real change is a kind of stress. If, as it seems, it's all too much maybe, as I said, PED use isn't for you. You do NOT HAVE to use it. Heck, as many other posts have inferred, we can still offer aid and assistance via a log. Even just straight forward life advice

This is obviously your choice but if your not in the right head space to train and eat properly while on gear than there is no sense in taking it just to take it. All these stressors in your life are going to raise cortisol which will be no help in building muscle.
If your bloods show low test and you feel symptoms either speak with your doctor about a script or drop your test to 150mg/wk or so and see how you feel after a few months.
 
If you're unable to concentrate on your cycle there's no shame and just stopping it and then waiting until you can get your mind in the right place

the first year with a baby is going to be tough

1. Cycle as is, assuming you wanna add muscle, is fine
2. That could be better but you have a young daughter (is she with you all the time?)
3. Keys is life. Replace and ignore
4. For some - not all.

hey bro.. you have A LOT going on right now... when things get this hectic, and you have so much going on that is effecting you substantially mentally, i would STRONGLY STRONGLY advise you to just stop, and wait until you are mentally there with far less stress going on.. you should PCT and just cut your losses on this one.. if you were my client, i would strongly advise going this route

a newborn baby in cycling steroids is going to be a tough mix
 
bro let yo wife worry about the baby.. that the woman's job
you worry about the gym and your steroid cycle those are your first priorities here
 
the woman should take care of the children and you should do whatever you want and have fun
that's how it is in my culture and it works that's why we're happier than you Americans
 
no I think both people should be contributing in the household that is how you have a healthy relationship
I think this would make a great log so we can track your progress
