Should I use steroids or wait?

Hello Everyone. I am currently thinking of starting a cutting steroid cycle to get to 10% bodyfat and a visible 6 packs. I was 104kg in March 2023 and have lost 12KG in the last 6 months. I have been training consistently 3-4 times per week weight lifting last few month too. I have done 1 cycle in the past of test only and gained good muscles but I was at a high bodyfat percentage so did not get a great cosmetic result. I cant seem to estimate my current bodyfat but I presume its below 20% 18-20% most likely. My ultimate goal is to have a good amount of muscles and a shredded look with Low BF % for next summer. I absolutely hate my belly and love handles and want to get rid of them at all costs. What should I do from now till next summer to achieve that physique? Should I get to 10-12% body fat naturally then do a bulking cycle in the winter then a cutting cycle in spring? or should I do a cutting cycle to get rid of all my fat then start bulking. I am confused and not sure what to do. I am 31 years old, 179cm, 92kg. So my questions are:
1-Help me estimate my current body fat
2-Should I cut with or without roids and if with, which ones should I use?

you absolutely should wait.. you can get yourself into the proper condition, but right now you are closer to 25%

you have zero business even discussing bulking in the current condition.. you certainly can get to where you need to be but you have some work to do.. it all starts with diet and training discipline and consistency.. a sarms cutting stack certainly would be a good way to go but you have barely even been working out if you just started weightlifting last month.. you need to put a lot more time in the gym before considering any type of ped man... i love the fact you are wanting to make changes but you certainly need to get a lot more consistency as well as knowledge as to what you are doing first...

Thank you for your reply. No I have been weight lifting consistently for 6 months. I agree I want to lose all that fat first. I have dropped 12 KG but been struggling with losing any more recently hence why I was considering steroids. Sarms is a good idea I will look it up.Thank you
 
you have a good frame right now but you need to put in the hours in the weight room
i'm very surprised you are 31 years old
you look super raw. look at the pics of some other guys on here and see the mature muscle development. that is what you are lacking
the only way to get there is via weight training consistent
 
Thank you guys for your comments. Let me give you some more info/Perspective. So I only started consistently weight lifting and doing cardio since march 2023. Before that I did not train in years. I was obese in March 2023 104KG with 32% Body fat As you can see in my Picture below. From march till Now I have been tracking calories, Training in a calorie deficit and trying to hit my protein goals daily. I weight lift 3/4 times per week and I do 10-15k steps daily as my cardio.I feel like I did not gain a lot of muscles but I did not focus on putting on muscles as I was mainly focus on losing Fat. I though I should get to 10% Body fat first then start Bulking properly using Roids. I guess thats why I have under developed muscles. I would like help with the following please:
1-What do you think my current body fat percentage is?
2-Can I achieve a shredded body with well developed muscles by next summer 2024? How can I achieve that?

I am currently planning on doing a SARMS cutting stack to get to 10% fat, Then start a bulking Cycle on roids, then do another cut before the summer. Please advice if that seems like a good plan. I absolutely plan to weight lift consistently every week but wanted as much detailed advice as possible as what to do from now till next summer to achieve my goal please. Thank you

you need consistent HOURS in the gym.
just like learning to fly a plane, you cannot become a captain without putting in the hours first. would you be okay with the captain who had 100 hours of flying experience or 10000?

get a log up and going with your workouts and diet. that is how we can help you.. down the line you will be ready for the sauce

I fully Agree. Would you mind giving a more detailed Plan?. So weight lifting 4 times a week + High protein diet+ Calorie deficit till I get to 10% on Sarms then start bulking> Does that sound like a good plan?

@a7542 welcome to evolutionary.org family, many will tell you to stay away from steroids and i'm one of them but you could have low testosterone which means you can do self-TRT, looking at your body now I would guess you're low testosterone.

btw, I dont know why everyone is saying you're raw, you're pretty built and muscular as a base.

now on to the self-tRT part. To do self TRT start slow but steady, i suggest this.

150mgs testosterone enanthat/week 100mgs/100mgs/split dose
7caps n2guard/day 4/3 caps split dose
but before you do that above, really we need to know more about you and your diet and your training so we are not shooting in the dark, you need to share your LOG with us so we can guide you properly.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I think you have the potential to get very far. But don't screw it up by being impatient. You already have a decent frame now from here we have to get you built up
