Guys wondering which compound or if all of them are causing some serious shoulder pump. When I work shoulders it creates a crazy pump/burn and have a hard time when moving to next muscle group like say biceps. All I can feel is my shoulders for the first 15 mins into the next muscle group.

tbol will cause wicked pumps.

orals like winny, dbol, tbol, and var all cause wicked pumps.

but injectables will also cause them.. i have gotten pumps from testosterone and tren that were pretty intense.

pumps are simply blood and nutrients rushing into the muscle, they are a good thing.. however if you do cardio or they are effecting your workout they can also be counter productive.. taurine will help with pumps, n2guard contains taurine i would get that

Definitely the Tbol.
Whenever I am running Orals, but especially Tbol/Dbol/Anavar, I always run some Taurine with it.

Personally, I find 3 Grams a day to work.
I would also add in some Magnesium as it's responsible for Proper Muscle Contraction along with like 300 other Vital Bodily Functions.

If it's the Summer, then I like to add in some Concentrace ~ Trace Minerals Drops.
Especially if you sweat a lot.......................... JP

All steroids will increase muscle pumps but oral steroids like tbol and dbol will contribute the greatest effect.

Drugs like dbol, tbol and anadrol are blood volume drugs.

Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/pumps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.

Tbol out of what you are running is most likely to cause the pumps. Really any oral can cause them

You might want to isolate shoulders to their own training day if they are going to hinder the rest of your workout. Sometimes a new split or change can give you a reset anyways.
