4 × sets for 10 reps @ 90lbs
Arnold press(dumbbells),
2 ×>sets for 15 reps @ 22lbs
2 × sets for 15 reps @ 35lbs
Rear delt flys,(dumbbell)
4 × sets for 10 reps @ 22lbs
Front delt raises into lateral delt raise,
4 × sets for 6 reps(front delt)into 6 reps(side delt) @ 22lbs.which seems light but got frigin heavy bro.
Pre workout,night warrior 2 scoops.+ 40mg Anavar.

Intro of deca into cycle today @ 400mg,plan was 200 but gets me just over that 2 grams for the moment.running NPP for another 3 weeks to total 8,then will.adjust deca and or test dose or both.

Am running GH goldtops at 2iu therapeutic dose,may ramp up to 4iu within cycle, Nova rapid pre training, pending on GH dose.
Training with emphasis on medium weight,time under tension compounds lifts.incline bench,squats,barbell rows.
Smaller muscle groups= medium weight,high volume,failure sets.
