Definitely better than Anadrol for strength,even just as a pre workout,like not running it within the cycle,I rate it maybee 25% better.
A lot of those androgenic/anabolic ratings are just that on paper but don't translate,even tren as 500 anabolic to test 100,it's maybee more like 300 to 100.

I'm only taking 40mg pre workout days.
You’re wasting it then. You should be splitting the dose twice a day and run it for 6 weeks everyday. You will gain more muscle and strength doing so.

Im only using it pre workout as I was running anadrol but lost my appetite so I dropped it and use Anavar pre workout.have other injectable oils as main anabolic drive.both short and long ester atm.

Warm up;
Lunges for 1× set of 30 reps
Barbell squats,
1 set for 20 reps @ 100lbs.
Working sets,
Barbell squats,
1 × set of 15 reps @ 144lbs
1× set of 8 reps @ 210lbs
1× set of 8 reps @ 200lbs
1× set of 8 reps @ 190lbs
1 × set till failure @ 166lbs
Barbell.lunges,
2 × sets of 10 reps @ 144lbs
2 × sets of 10 reps @ 100lbs
1 × set @ 100lbs till failure
Calve raisers,
4 sets for 25 reps
Single leg calve raisers,
2 sets for 15 reps
That's all I got in,all free weights.no machines at home gym.good calve pumps.

@Seventieschild squats going really well, but why n ot drop the 190x8 and add something like 25 x 120 real pumped legs in the end bro :)
and the var will pump you big

i can see you getting shredded and lean end of cycle easy

I might end up with abs at the end of this cycle,maybee.current calories 3100 but I'm going over that by 6 or 700 most days.

Abs definately change the look of your overall physique.i won't hold that look for long though,love my food bro..tried to start cleaner diet today,oats,bananas and boiled eggs for breakfast,but I'm travelling to central NSW for work for a week,so it's bistro meals and takeaway for the week lol

Solid workout here brother 💪 iv been heaps sore lately too have had to back off heaps on the weights last 2 weeks, might be the cold weather brother? Do you use a belt when you squat?
