I tore my right shoulder 10 years ago… was on a tren run and hitting crazy PRs. my pt said I would never lift heavy again or else I risked a serious tear which would be a problem. so I had to avoid going heavy. . Recently I started upping the weights again and can tell the injury is still there. But as long as I don’t go too heavy no issues. I don’t mess with anything overhead or incline which puts too much pressure on shoulders. You can still enjoy this without going heavy and it’s been better for me and my joints feel great

Damn,shoulder injuries are terrible and never fully heal.at my age I never go for PRS,I lift moderate weights,it's the time between sets that makes a huge difference.not lifting to be a strongman , just building tissue over time, trying to maintain that and then build some more next run.cheers for the interest and support guys.
 
Was going to be legs but after this morning ride I changed it up to chest.
Warm up,
Dumbbell press for 2 sets of 20 reps at 22lbs.
Incline barbell bench press,
1 × set of 10 reps @ 170lbs
2 × sets of 8 reps @ 220lbs
2 × sets of 10 reps @ 190lbs
Incline dumbbell press,
5 × sets of 10 reps @ 55lbs
Incline dumbbell flys,
5 × sets of 10 reps @ 22lbs
1 × set of flys into press for 20 reps each at 22lbs(40 reps)
Felt good training,no shoulder pain,good pumps, adequate rest between sets made the world of difference.

Cannondale downhill mountain bike,worth more than my Holden astra.. expensive bike,bought it for my son but I ride it more than him,teens get uber everywhere these days.
 
I hate shoulder issues. So far mine is holding up. I fear it will start acting up the further I go into my cut.
Have you ever tried healing peptides? Bpc157 along with tb500 work magic on old and new injuries (together they work more than 2x as good as alone). Site injection work really well but if not suitable do in close proximity. Doesnt happen over night, but it does happen.

2 × sets of 6 reps @ 220lbs
1 × set of 8 reps @ 200lbs
Incline dumbbell press,
4 × sets of 10 reps @ 55lbs
1 × set of 15 reps @ 44lbs
Incline dumbbell flys,
3 × sets of 15 reps @ 22lbs
Skull crushers,
3 × sets of 10 reps @ 44lbs
3 × sets of dips for 6 reps.
Very happy with my session,felt energetic and strong on the lifts.

Good workout bro. How does your shoulder feel on dips?
Always gives me grief,it's that one niggling injury that never leaves.if I keep the bars narrow enough then its doable but wide bar dips,no way.

How about decline bench? It could be another option for you to try? Shoulder injury are weird. Some things hurt others differently. Just have to try out things that work.

Probably should incorporate decline here and there, different angle,defines that bottom pec.cant go heavy or high reps on the flys,puts a lot of strain.
