This is a semi-flexible approach. DHT-based compounds have consistently worked well for me, so I'm loading them up and including Oxandrolone on training days, along with Methenolone E & Drostanolone E.

DHTs = better headspace, better results (for me anyway).
I’ve deliberately stayed away from 19-nor compounds like Nandrolone, Deca Durabolin and Tren. While they have their place, the mental health sides I experienced on them were enough for me to leave them on the shelf. I know the usual advice: “Just add a little Deca, bro.” Appreciate the input, but I’m steering this cycle around avoiding going to hospital or jail, thanks.
Will be doing a 3 day split, thanks to everyone for their idea and especially @Noah Wixx who understood the question, thanks. Taking the info I have made up a push pull legs split with dumbbells and barbells. Still just words on paper and may change.
