This week’s been a solid win — with one small hiccup.

First up: we bought a house! Sight unseen, over 2,500km away. Bit of a gamble, but we’re stoked. From the tropics to temperate....

Also gave ventrogluteal injections another shot. I’ve been aiming for ~1 mL EOD — the most volume I’ve run so far. Up until now, delts have worked but been uncomfortable and were the only site I could hit reliably.

Tried VG again with 0.5 mL using a 30g, 25mm pin — went in smooth, totally painless.

Quads, on the other hand, have been rough.

Too much post-injection pain, so they’re out. For now, I’m running ED injections across four sites: delts and VG.
