this thread isn’t for me but its for a close buddy of mine. I am 210 pounds but he is only 155 pounds and he is around 6’2’’. The guy has really crummy genetics we work out together and he works out harder than me and eats more than me but he still stays skinny wish I could do that LOL. He eats tons of pizza and other crap and can’t gain weight.
Do you think he should try tren? He is 27 years old and he has been skinny his whole life.

How much is a ton of food? Usually when people tell me that and we actually count up how much they eat it’s really barely a significant amount of calories. For example if a guy it’s a whole pizza that’s merely 3500 cals at most.

Has he done any AAS prior? Tren is not a beginner steroid.
I’m with @Losiol, how much does he eat daily. Exactly. Anyone can grow without drugs.
 
Eat and train properly and he will grow without drugs. I bet if he trained with me I could get him to gain 20-30 lbs naturally.
 
Tren pisses me off because it's so wide spread on social media, every 15 yr old up to older people always want to use tren when they have no business with it or using any aas.

Not sure how often he works out, but I’ll hazard a guess that he’s in the trap of overtraining and is destroying potential gains. At 27 he’s reached the age that his body will put on muscle as long as he’s doing things right. Frankly, in your early 20’s it CAN be hard if you have bad genetics. Let me ask you this: is he skinny “soft” or skinny “ripped”? That’ll tell you a lot right there about his body’s potential. If he works out that much but still looks soft there are clearly a lot of things going wrong. But if he’s skinny and has that look like a guy who is made out of knotted rope, all he needs to do is eat huge (fucking huge), focus on heavy (whatever he can manage) powerlifting/compound type movements (squat, deads, bench, cleans, etc) and eliminate cardio. Fuck cardio. Cardio is for big guys who need to cut and know how to do it, nobody else. And most importantly….. PROPER RECOVERY. I guarantee in 2 years he could put on close to 20 pounds of muscle that actually sticks around. And then just build slowly from there. Think about it: ever seen a 6’ 2” guy at 185-195 and 10-13 percent body fat? He’ll look like a monster.
