Skinny-Fat Recomp Help. Newbie

Ok, so I’m looking on starting sarms to help me with my goal with loosing a bit of fat and building muscle.
I’m new to the gym, but not unfit.
My diet is now solid, I’m keeping my calories and macros is order, everything is clean foods and weighed and counted properly. I have a training routing for the gym, which I will hit 3/4 times a week. I know I will more than likely get some newbie gains anyway but for now I just want to speed things up a bit.
I’m 29 years old, 5 foot 11. 163pound. According to my scales I’m around 20.4% body fat, with body fat free 9 stone 3.6.
I know all the risks etc with sarms and I’m cool with it, but I’m thinking rad 140 and Ostarine for 8 weeks and then PCT after.
I want to cut down my body fat to under 15%, 12 is my goal, and gain some lean muscle mass.
I have a family holiday in 4 months, could this be achieved?
I’m around 2400 calories maintain atm, which I’m thinking is the best for the recomp, or maybe a small deficit, with 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. Will this help trim fat and build muscle on sarms?

you can change your physique in 4 months easy man.

its all about diet. look into fasting if you want to be serious about your health and cutting body fat.

and yes PED's help. sarms are a great idea. i recommend GW for sure. if you are in england then sarms.forsale and umbrella both ship to you. i recommend either the cutting or recomp stack

I’m not too bad with the weight loss on my diet atm. I’ve been dieting for about 1 months so far and lost around 4 / 5 pounds. I know what I need to eat to loose fat and I think my balance is good.
I have a 12 week training programme which I am following, and train 4 days a week (started 2 weeks ago)
My main question is a body recomp doable in this time frame? I know it’s not guna change over night but I want to shift of 5/8% body fat and gain a decent little amount of muscle at the same time. Will rad 140 and ostarine work, and will I need to eat at a maintenance or deficit?
I obviously intend to keep hitting the gym after that and just have it as part of my lifestyle, but right now anything to speed up the process a bit would be great.

Yes, you 100% can recomp in that time frame

I would run ostarine and gw for recomp, personally

I would eat at maintenance or 200 cals over, compare pics of the weeks and adjust cals as necessary
 
i can definitely help you here bro... you will want to go 12 weeks, as opposed to 8 if you want to get the most out of your cycle.. cutting it at 8 weeks is when its just peaking and that would not make sense to do... also, you would want to go a different route on your stack.. being at 20%, while not terrible, its still on the higher side... the beauty of sarms is that they are designed to prevent muscle wastage and so you dont have to sacrifice muscle when cutting, depending on your diet.. here is what i would go with

Here is my before pic for a better view of my body fat. I think i might actually be a bit over 20% but we will go from there.

If i eat at a maintenance and / or a slight surplus, will that still help me shead body fat or with my current body fat should I stick to maintenance slight deficit?

I am a complete noob to all this, so sorry if these questions sound stupid haha.

I think you're on the right track, I'm going to lay out a simple sarms cycle for you.

Week 1-12
cardarine gw 20mgs/day - split dose am/pm
testolone rad140 25mgs/day - split dose am/pm
Ostarine mk2866 25mgs/day - split dose am/pm
n2guard 7caps /day (organ liver support a requirement)
3 caps cardazol preworkout for a high sweat and boost

for pct, you can use nolvadex with some m1mk ostazol or hcgenerate, there will be light suppression.

The log part is important. You need to post a LOG journal for the community to see, it should have your diet, training, cardio and supplements and dosing, it's a must.

You can start your sarms cycle soon sure, but you need to start a LOG journal diary right now. I see your pics and you have some improvements we can help you with. I train a few guys who have the same shape as you and have improved a lot and we can help you too, BUT you need to start posting your diet, training, cardio LOG now so we can see where your'e at.
