Ok, so I’m looking on starting sarms to help me with my goal with loosing a bit of fat and building muscle.
I’m new to the gym, but not unfit.
My diet is now solid, I’m keeping my calories and macros is order, everything is clean foods and weighed and counted properly. I have a training routing for the gym, which I will hit 3/4 times a week. I know I will more than likely get some newbie gains anyway but for now I just want to speed things up a bit.
I’m 29 years old, 5 foot 11. 163pound. According to my scales I’m around 20.4% body fat, with body fat free 9 stone 3.6.
I know all the risks etc with sarms and I’m cool with it, but I’m thinking rad 140 and Ostarine for 8 weeks and then PCT after.
I want to cut down my body fat to under 15%, 12 is my goal, and gain some lean muscle mass.
I have a family holiday in 4 months, could this be achieved?
I’m around 2400 calories maintain atm, which I’m thinking is the best for the recomp, or maybe a small deficit, with 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. Will this help trim fat and build muscle on sarms?
