Slap tear recovery Anavar and dbol cycle?

Hey guys I had a slap tear 4 years ago from combat sports (bjj, boxing etc)
I did alot of prolotherapy + BPC 157 and tb-500 it helped alot with the years + the physiotherapy and manual therapy. But It still came back and forth and i lost alot of muscles on my left arm. (Saw doc and said operation would probably worst because right now am stable just need muscles because lost alot of strength on the left shoulder) My dream aint to max bench soo i wont be reckless on the training.

I did last year ago an anavar cycle for around 5-6 weeks (20mg)
It helped alot and gained 5-6 pounds a of solid muscles. Since then it’s alot more stable which is what I needed pretty much.
But a few months ago i injured it (stupid kiro) again took an other prolotherapy and it’s finaly stable.

I want to do an other small cycle soon but had some small side effect like brainfog and lethargy. When using it last year (anavar alone) abit depressed at in end (nothing major) maybe symptom of low estrogen? (low e2?)

Normaly people stack it with Test but i dont wanna do long cycle. I want the colagen synthesis that help repair the tissue and build muscles around the shoulder faster soo i can actualy do my job without pain. (Am a physio and sport massage therapist)
Soo I was wandering if i should take maybe Dianabol or an other oral with it.
I wanna do 6 week cycle the goal is to build muscles and mass soo my shoulders get stronger and more stable
I was thinking maybe using:

-The first 3 weeks just anavar 20 mg after that adding dianabol 20mg for 3 weeks.
I wanna avoid gyno if possible even thought i doubt i will get it after only 3 weeks but we never know.
Post cycle might use mk677 and which Ai should i get Ari and novadex and what dose recommended or go by feeling.


Just looking for advice to get back stronger. Soo I can get back into coaching martial arts and better do my job. If you guys have any suggestion like adding anadrol instead of dbol etc Am welcome for advice.
35 years old, 5feet 6, 152 pounds. (taking atm bpc-157 only) alwas been on the ectomorph side when i was 19 did a gallon a Milk diet (gomad) and did not gain any fat just muscles. Soo i dont gain weight easily. Alwas been around 8-12 bodyfat.

@yoluigi welcome to the EVO family! happy to have you here.

To be honest anavar and dbol not the best combo but its possible, and really to push forward with a cycle like this, we need to know more about you. More about your training diet history and you in detail.
Please start a NEW thread with your LOG journal diary, share training diet cardio sleep as you go now so we can see what you're doing and what you need to do.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

anabolic steroids do not repair tissue man. they are inflammatory and will actually slow down healing

if you want to repair this you need to get on a repair stack and work on mobility and flexibility with yoga
this is what i did when i tore my shoulder and it worked great for me

Did that got worst pretty much my slap tear is an instability on the shoulder soo flexibility just inflame it for this case. Made it stronger got me alot more results and bpc-157 and anavar + prolotherapy helped alot. Prolotherapy is great on unstable ligaments it cause inflamation soo it can repair pretty much. If it was a normal tear would be differant but for slap tear the best is really to get it stronger over all. (all the muscles around the joint + the delt) But thanks for the helping thought. What would be your repair stack other than peptides? Also love your podcast man their great!

From what? Test or Dbol? No
 
mobility will help prevent injuries in the first place
The best bodybuilders are very flexible as well
 
you notice in professional sports the people who are the most injury-prone are the less flexible
you definitely want to be able to stretch out everything and avoid injuries
 
my advice is give your strategy a shot
the thing is you'll make your muscles around the injury stronger which may not necessarily be what you need right now
 
at the end of the day you might as well try something
make sure you log it for us we want to see you recover
 
I'm glad you're tackling this and trying to get back healthy
I really respect that

nobody wants to be injured just avoid anything that makes the problem worse
 
Use NPP, Test, and HGH.
I have to repost this as it was what helped heal up my shoulder issue. Everyone on this board knows I had some pretty bad shoulder pain earlier in the year. It was extremely painful. I went on a bulking cycle with NPP, Test, Masteron, HGH, and IGF-1. My shoulder was pain free within 3 weeks of the start of the cycle. Pain has been gone since and that included my 6 week off period where I only took 250mg Test E. I believe it was the NPP and most importantly the HGH and IGF-1 that speed up the healing process. I was also taking 20 grams of collagen powder per day. IGF-1 is super cheap. Less than $80 for an entire month. I believe that is the strongest tissue healing peptide there is. If it cant be fixed with IGF-1 nothing will fix it. Dont waste money on bpc or tb 500. That only helps blood supply but all steroids do that anyway.
