I’m currently on TRT 125mgs a week and got my bloods done and my numbers are in range with test but my estrogen is a little high. Just a couple points
I’m 25% body fat, 5’10’’ and 55 years old
Do you think this needs to be corrected and I should run anti estrogens or should I adjust my test dose? I have no other history of blood work

If it’s just a touch high and you have no adverse symptoms then stay where you are. There is nothing wrong is it’s slightly elevated.
Drop a little body fat and estrogen will come down.

thats not normal maybe you're overdosing it
but try adding 5mgs aromasin/week to start

lower the test a tiny bit and you will be good

you can add an AI if you want but that's just temporary

keep things as is it sounds like you're okay

you never want your estrogen to be above the range that's not good in my opinion
