@SmallFryDevil i was waiting for your log been checking your old one I was subbed

on the diet, please share actual diet meals and foods you eat as you eat them
on the training, please share actual training as you train weights sets reps exercises as you do them
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

on the cycle thats a good clean cycle but consider kickstarting with winstrol thats best with tren imo
 
please post up some pictures for us so we can get an idea of what you look like
