Was dealing with some personal shit the past week, couldnt have time to post.

Today - Shoulders
Shoulder Press Machine 4 sets of 15, 90 lbs
DB side lats 10 lbs, 4 sets of 15
DB lateral raise 8 lbs 4 sets of 15
Upright row barbell 4 sets of 15, 40 lbs

Yesterday - arms
Incline seated curls 15 lbs, 4 sets of 15
dumbell curls 30 lbs, 4 sets of 15
tricept single arm overhead 10 lb , 4 sets of 15
tricept pushdown 205 lbs, 4 sets of 15
machine tricept extension 80 kbs, 4 sets of 15
just get back on track bro. Lock in
 
Just keep pushing through man. The work thing will sort itself out. I went through something similar earlier this year and ended up in a better place in the end. Just stay positive.

Make sure you get really good muscle contraction. Feel the weight. If you can do this you will get a big back.
