I see some bros tossing liquidnolva in to their cycle on top of Aromasin and I just wonder why even use the two, if nolvadex is pretty old drug to just block estrogen at the breast tissue but not much elsewhere and Aromasin does lower total estrogen which benefits all tissues. Why are guys still stacking the two in some cycles I see posted online?

You should not run nolvadex while on cycle unless you are combatting gyno.. Aromasin is an Aromatase Inhibitor where as Nolvadex is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Module. They do 2 different things. Use aromasin while on cycle and nolvadex during pct.
There is a lot of misinformation on steroids. Nolvadex should not be used on cycle. It should be used after the cycle in the PCT. The only exception to this is anadrol. Anadrol does not aromatize into estrogen but can cause estrogen activity in the body. If you are experiencing estrogen related side effects from anadrol - you need to use both aromasin and nolvadex. But that is a very very rare case. I am talking like 0.0001% of users.

I'm not sure why guys go with sch outdated cycle protocols. Aromasin is great for on cycle AI. It is a suicide AI and also increases IGF-1. Nolva is best used for pct.
Caber should always be used with a cycle containing a nandrolone (deca, tren, npp) starting at day 1 of the cycle.
It is as simple as that - lack of information. People don't realize that pharmacology, just like medicine, is a constantly changing science, so you always must be aware of new advances in order to stay tuned. Some old-schoolers will use nolvadex on cycle, which is not good, but they just do not realize that.
does john meadows know that nolvadex crashes IGF-1 levels 25%?
it is an outdated drug, used only out of necessity in an era before we had access to aromatase inhibitors.
aromasin is far superior, plus it actually raises IGF-1 25%. that is a 50% swing and can make a huge different on cycle at maximizing results.
mad respect for john meadows, he looks better than I or 99% of anyone on this forum will ever dream to look like. however it doesn't mean we should follow his outdated advice.. remember he is on a lot of gear year round and has superior genetics, so he can do things wrong and get away with it. most of us though have full time jobs and lives, so when we go on cycle it is a huge blessing so we must maximize it as much as we can.

When your on pharma gh and insulin I doubt he's too worries about lowing his igf level by a small percentage. It's 10mg a day
