sore joints

Try and change to a more of a Mediterranean diet that eases inflammation to your body in general. This will help tremendously. As far as supplements go, I personally use

move free and flax seed. The main thing is to properly warm up and ease into your exercises, gradually increase your weight for each movement. I see guys jumping right into

there chest routine after one set of 225x10 on the bench. This is not beneficial. some guys who do this get hurt during this specific workout....others get hurt a year from now.

The fact is if you don't prepare for your workouts...or anything that is ahead of you, you will fail. Sorry for the rant.

thanks for the responses guys. im going to look into both the fish oil and flax seed. ill take a look at that diet you suggested too. thanks again guys

I have found that Carlson's Liquid Fish Oil and MSM work very well....................... JP
P.S.
Carlson's is Very High Strength - 1,600 Mg per teaspoon - It's also Bottled in Norway for freshness & Filtered for Purity.
P.S.S.
I get the Natural Lemon Flavor, it also comes in Natural Orange, and it doesn't Repeat if taken as Directed with a Meal.
P.S.S.S.
The MSM i get from Bulk Supplements or Hard Rhino, both Sell Bulk Supplements for Very Reasonable Prices.

Joint pain:

cissus quadrangularis
glucosamine
chondroitin

muscle pain:

5-7 grams of L-Glutamine

L-Glutamine post-workout I found works wonders for me when I'm OFF cycle and feel human again and get sore after workouts.

Glucosamine, fish oil and collagen work wonders according to many power lifters I know. Msm is good to. Make sure your drinking enough water. My husband gets sore when he lacks on water

For the actual pain I have found cissus quadrangularis to be the very best product out there, for PAIN that is. If you are talking about actual repair of the joints then glucosamin sulfate and MSM is the way to go. It is too bad I have never seen a product that had all three of them in it, all of the products have one or the other or two but never all three of them.

Already stated but I've had a positive experience with glucosamine as well. I found I had bad knees when I started squatting but with the added glucosamine and consistent exercise it disappeared within a few weeks.

Good luck!

From a study I saw on pubmed, msm works best when glucosamine is combined with msm in old pts with osteoarthritis on no other medications
