Soy Protein after TestE cycle

Hello,
The question in my mind is more about research because I suspect anyone tried to think this way before

I have completed TestE cycle 500mg/wk and haven't faced any kind of estrogen related issue like no bloating, water retention etc.
And I assume many of us have such comfort about E2 also some of us may be completely enemy of E2.

So my question is that -
Is it clearly means that I can use soy Protein as protein shake ?

- We won't discussing about estrogen in soy is myth or truth

Can I assume myself as fearless towards "estrogen related side effects"

I avoid these things as much as possible

1. gluten
2. dairy
3. soy
4. high fructose corn syrup
5. soybean oil (hydrogenated)
6. aspartame and other hard artificial sweeteners

Either they cause inflammation or they simply are not healthy to be consuming. in Soy's case I do believe it to be something that is okay in minimal moderation, but I would never purposely consume it or anything else on this list if i didn't have to.

you really do not need protein shakes bro. I drink greens powder daily, do i NEED it? No, i can get what i need from veggies and fruit, but i drink it cause it is something to mix with water and it is a good way for me to get extra good stuff without having to waste time blending up juice every morning. it is a convienience thing that is all and you don't need any sort of shake, that is the sole reason people should even mess with protein shakes in the first place.

Soy really isn't the best choice. It contains phytoestrogens, is very inflammatory in the body and has a low biological value.

Why not just use a good quality whey protein isolate? https://www.evolutionary.org/whey-protein-isolate/
Your body will absorb it better, it'll have more protein per serving and it has a lot of health benefits associated with it that soy does not.

As has already been explained.

100% Whey Isolate, All Day over Soy Protein.................................. JP
P.S.
You completed a Good Cycle, why Punish your Body now, you need to take of it.
By eating Foods that can best maintain your New Muscle.
Soy is Not that Food !

Thanks guys, I am wise now...
Whey is the best way

Good call. A pure whey isolate is the best quality protein powder you will find.
