Good Afternoon Gentlemen, I am back again. Took the advice some of you gave to cut down bf percentage before starting this cylce (20% down to 11%) by the time I start this cycle in mid April and am hoping to be around 9 or 10%.
Current Stats:
6’3”
230 pounds (looking to get to 220 by April 15th)
32 years old
Cardio 30min 5x a week post workout
Push-Pull-Legs (2 days each)
Currently Reverse dieting out of a 2000 calorie strict carnivore diet. Up to about 2500 a day now, slowly working vegetables back in as main carb source for now. Still losing weight and leaning out.
Looking to start my cycle and 4000 calories and go from there. Going super clean on the food, carnivore has really helped me eliminate cravings and develop discipline in regards to food choices and intake.
Had acne issue last cycle to poor pct, and most likely some serious estro rebound. I had gyno when I was young and had it removed at 14 so not as concerned there. Really looking to keep E2 and Prolactin in check.
Getting Bloods done and the end of this month
And will get them done again wk 6 of cycle
Cycle plan is as follows
Wk 1-12 -Test P 100mg EOD =400mg/wk
Wk 1-12 -NPP 100mg EOD =400mg/wk
Wk 1-12 -Mast P 50mg EOD =200mg/wk
Wk 1-12 -Proviron 50mg ED
Wk 1-6 -Anadrol 50mg ED

Dropping the Anadrol and potentially the proviron, want to keep this simple. So Test/NPP and mast or proviron.

Honestly I think test prop not a good choice for you why all the short esters? and pics look great you have a good base but you need to shift to a cutting recomp IMO

@BigMeat bro in all honesty we can't really help you without seeing your LOG. Please share some info with us, start your pre-cycle diet training log journal in a NEW thread for us.
To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
