Good Afternoon Gentlemen, I am back again. Took the advice some of you gave to cut down bf percentage before starting this cylce (20% down to 11%) by the time I start this cycle in mid April and am hoping to be around 9 or 10%.
Current Stats:
6’3”
230 pounds (looking to get to 220 by April 15th)
32 years old
Cardio 30min 5x a week post workout
Push-Pull-Legs (2 days each)
Currently Reverse dieting out of a 2000 calorie strict carnivore diet. Up to about 2500 a day now, slowly working vegetables back in as main carb source for now. Still losing weight and leaning out.
Looking to start my cycle and 4000 calories and go from there. Going super clean on the food, carnivore has really helped me eliminate cravings and develop discipline in regards to food choices and intake.
Had acne issue last cycle to poor pct, and most likely some serious estro rebound. I had gyno when I was young and had it removed at 14 so not as concerned there. Really looking to keep E2 and Prolactin in check.
