SR9009 and Ostarine log

Just starting my cycle of ostarine and SR9009 and thought I might as well create a log for anyone interested. It's hard to find a log including SR9009 so I thought I'd post one!

Cycle looks like this.
25mg of Osta once a day, 25 mg of SR9009 dosed out 5mg at a time every 2 to 3 hours. Going to run my cycle for 12 weeks. I have nolvadex and Clomid for pct and Hcgenerate is on the way.

I am three days into Osta and SR9009 should be here in a few days.
Training five to six times a week and cardio 3 times a week, running for 25 to 30 min at 5mph on 7 incline.
Eating at a small caloric deficit, six meals a day mostly chicken and tons of veggies.

Personal info.
5 11' 175lbs 8% body fat (estimate) 21 years old.
Here are some before photos, I'll try and post photos weekly or bi weekly.

Any questions please ask, also open to any suggestions and tips as this is my first cycle.

Seems like SR9009 is very new. Have you tried it before? The effects of Sr9009 are similar to Cardarine (GW-501516). Why did you choose SR9009?

Yeah it is very new that's why no logs as of yet. It was recommended to my by my coach and I also liked what I found when researching it. Dylan Gimelli had a great video on it also. I hope this log helps whoever is looking into using SR9009. I'll try and be as detailed as possible.
 
cool I have been waiting for someone to do a log of SR. I have an article I am putting together on it right now. its a helluva compound. did you get it from sarms1?
 
Yeah I have been waiting too, that's why I just thought I'd do one and help out people like you and myself. I hope that it is all its hyped up to be. I ordered my sarms from sarmsx, was highly recommended by a lot of forums.

I ran SR at 40mg per day for 8 weeks. It was a nice compound but not much different from GW. I just find it easier to dose GW than to have to carry the bottle of SR with me all day. I would like to see what a stack of the 2 would do for a cutting cycle.
 
Yeah that's something I'm not looking forward to, but I want to give it a try. If it's too much of a pain in the ass I'll go with GW if I do another cycle. Isn't 40mg a day quite a bit, how heavy are you?

I am not a big guy, 5'7" 190lbs. I ran it at 30mg for a bit but was advised to go to 40mg if finances allowed for it. I used Pure Essence which is now SarmsX.

I have never used sarmsx so I can't comment. Most of us on the board here get our SARMS from sarms1.com.

I have never used sarmsx so I can't comment. Most of us on the board here get our SARMS from sarms1.com.

Glad to have you along for the ride. I'll try and be as detailed as I can, any questions don't hesitate to ask. Yeah I hadn't even heard of sarms1 until this forum. I have heard great things from sarmsx and I know others on this blog have ordered from them.
 
Great log - will be following along. SR9009 is really nice, and it has many additional benefits not seen with Cardarine. The only thing I don't like about it, is the need to take it frequently many times throughout the day. Other than that, is is an awesome SARM to use. I like your cycle, and like your signature - makes one understand that you really get the point of all the supplement industry!
 
Fourth day of cycle. Still only on Osta. I'm waiting until I feel the Osta kick in before I start the SR9009 so I can get the full effects of both at the same time. I know SR doesn't take as long to activate in the body as Osta does.

Only ate three meals today, but that's alright ate really clean all week.

Worked out shoulders today, wasn't the greatest workout but starting to see a lot of veins and striations across my delts so that's a good thing, shows my diet has been working. No effects from Osta yet but that is to be expected given it has only been four days. I think I'm getting used to the taste, still tastes like ass but chase it down with some oj and good to go!

Question for anyone, should I change my diet at all to make sure I'm getting maximum return for my cycle? Here's my meal plan, I follow it about 90% of the time with few cheats
Meal #1
10 egg whites*
1/3 cup oatmeal

Meal #2
6oz lean meat
20g fats

Meal #3
6oz lean meat*
small sweet potato

Meal #4
6oz lean meat*
1 cup of greens

Meal #5
6oz lean meat*
10g fats

Meal #6*
6 oz lean meat
1 cup of greens

Your diet looks pretty good to me - very clean. However, if you are trying to gain weight, it would be a good idea to add in there some carbs, especially before and after working out.

That was the first thing that came to my mind. If you are cutting - your diet is on point. However, if you want to gain some weight, make sure to have carbs around workouts the very least
