SR9009 - the right dosing

I'm currently running ostarine (25mg) and cardarine (20mg) (going for a cut) and am about 2 weeks in.
I have decided to add in SR9009 to boost metabolism a bit and I've heard good things about this trifecta.

The reason for the post though is about SR9009 dosage.
1.) I was thinking of running just 20mg a day spread evenly throughout the day. So my first question is, is that a good amount or should I bump it up?


2.) I usually see people recommend 20 - 30 mg doses of SR evenly throughout the day (so that would be 5mg 4 times or 10 mg 3 times).
Thinking about how half-life works wouldn't an optimal dose be to bump up the first dose of the day a bit?
so instead of 5/5/5/5 using 10/5/5.
I think this gives a more consistent dose throughout the day and cuts down on the number of doses you have to take. Just looking for some expert opinions.

See table below for total "theoretical" body concentrations throughout the day.
Same theory can be applied to higher dosages (say 30mg)

Also, up for other feedback like if my other dosages are low - I know dylan sometimes mentioned bumping ostarine up to 50mg etc.

on the ostarine i like 50mgs and on the stenabolic sr9009 i like to split into 4 doses about 3 hours apart
5mgs x 4 not to make things complex

but the question is why havent you shared your LOG journal with us? your diet training and your sarms log we need to see it

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

The way I believe in dosing Sr is going to be a little different than what others suggest which is fine everyone has an opinion
however I have found that dosing it before your exercise is the best way to use it due to its quick peek and short half-life

Sr 9009 is a great sarm
however what is even better is when people log their experiences so that we all can help them along
 
please put up a log
also please use our sponsors because they sell legitimate sarm
 
telling us your full diet and training is going to be crucial
both GW and Sr 9009 work better when you are working your ass off and training hard

I wouldn't overthink it. Either just follow the recommended dosing in the articles or take your full dose all pre workout. Remember that SR is a drug and not a SARM so don't think of it the same way you do a hormone.
