Stacking GW and LGD

Hey Guys!
So I'm about to start my first cycle of LGD and GW and was looking for some help or recommendations...

I'm mainly looking to cut body fat and just look cut and so on, not so much as to bulk up, nice and lean

I was thinking of an 8 week cycle for the first time but:
what dosage would you recommend?
when to take it?
take a PCT afterwords?
any recommendations for diet?

If you want to cut, I would rather recommend you to replace LGD with either SR9009, or with the Andarine S4 - these two SARMS will combine much better with Cardarine GW for fat loss.

Now for the dosages:
Cardarine GW - 10 mgs EDD (can be increased up to 20 mgs per day, but 10 mgs should do just fine)
Andarine S4 - 50 mgs per day (taking 25 mgs per day during the first 2 weeks, and the full dosage starting from week 3 on)
SR9009 - 20 mgs per day
LGD - in your case it would be 3-5 mgs per day, as this is the optimal dosage for fat loss.

SARMS are absolutely minimally suppressive, so no PCT as such is needed after using them. A simple high quality natural testosterone booster should be plenty for full recovery.

For diet - nothing out of the world - just keep eating clean, because no changes are needed while using SARMS.

10mg a day lgd and 20mg a day gw
AM and PM split dosages
yes run a mini-pct of hcgenerate for 1 month
diet for a cut should be a calorie deficit of 500 a day. don't be scared to go even lower cause it is easy to screw that up

could you please be a little more specific on diet? i will be going out of town for about three weeks so what do you think would be best?

You will just need to count calories of what you are eating every day. Keep them clean like lean meats, lots of veggies, low GI carbs, and a serving of fruit each day. Make sure protein is at least 1g per lb bodyweight. Use an app like myfitnesspal to track calories.
