I’m looking to do a nice recomp stack.
I’m 5’9’’ 10% body fat. My dream is to lean up to 7 or 8% while keeping/gaining muscle mass at the same time.
My tren cycle will be 200mgs a week to start, but I plan on increasing to 400mgs at some point, maybe week 5?
also with the anavar. Should I start off at 50mgs and then lower the dose when I increase the tren? Would that work?
