Hello, it's Christina here... I'm the newbie that requested stack recommendations for fat loss a few weeks ago. I was highly recommended SARMS Cardarine GW-501516 and N2Slin and so I ordered it and received it today.
Based on my research, I am finding that the suggestion is to take 10mg a day for GW (5mg in the AM and 5mg 12hours later) and to take 2 tablets of the N2Slin after eating carbs.
I am planning to do a 12 week cycle of the combo, but will obviously gauge how my body reacts during the process.
My current background:
I am on a Keto diet and have been for about a year, works well with my body type and have lost 80lbs since having my daughter in Feb 2014. Since I carb load 1x a week, I will take the N2Slin then.
Well it's time to get my pre-baby body back and so I need a bit of an extra push and hoping GW and N2Slin will help get rid of this extra fat.... Clearly, I will need to be consistent with my workouts and my meals.
While I need to hold myself accountable, I will post my results. I do have guidance of a trainer but she would kill me if she knew I was taking any enhancement, LOL but it's my choice.
My stats are:
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 170
Body Fat: 25%
Goal - to lower my bodyfat % and build quality muscle
If anyone who has experience with this stack, can shed some light on the following questions I have, it would be greatly appreciated:
1. What is the best concoction to mix with GW? BCAA's? Preworkout? -- I only drink water and on occasion a sugar free mix such as crystal light
2. After the 12 week cycle, is there another stack I should run?
3. If successful, how long should I cycle off of CW until I can run another course?
4. Will taking pre-workout or creatine with the combo GW and N2Slin have any negative effects?
***I have taken ephedra/phentermine before, mainly to help me get through my long days and have had no negative effects.
