Out of my immense respect for @Pigsy this is be my one and only reply to this thread, as I deserve that at least.

A lot of context is missing from the photos that were pasted and info provided by Ana/Gen150.

He said
- I am different now and inferring things have changed, which they have not with anyone, only with Ana/Gen150
- I am blocking him then unblocking, without giving full context as to why. Makes it seem like we were trying to avoid paying it back, which if you ask anyone, is never the case. We have fixed every issue asap; always have and always will

Context that is missing is pasted attached in images
- Image 1; he texted 75 times in one day before I seen it. Many of them were even BEFORE he got the package. I'm not going to waste my time seeing how many back, but it wasn't far when I flicked back.
- Image 2; texted another 26 times in 2 hours ... That is 1 message every 4.6 minutes. Totaling 101 messages for that day up to that point

This is why I asked him to stop messaging me constantly and blocked him till the payment was made.

Once he realised he was blocked, he came here to say we are scamming him but I wasn't going to put up with another 101 messages. It wasn't going to make payment any faster the more he messages. I unblocked him, sent him screenshot of payment, wished him all the best in life and have blocked him again.

This is not a once off. He does this 100's of messages all the time. I have told him to stop numerous times

Real reason he is upset is because recently we increased his price as he is a pain to deal with. He proceeded to guilt trip me with how he is dieing, missus left him that same day (what a coincidence) and photos of his cats are all he has left. Yes, he tried to make me feel bad that I was taking money away from his cats. He was a regular client before this day and has barely bought since.

While this was a mistake on our part, it was easily fixable if we had to, or he could have fixed it easily, and this is not something that had to waste everyone's time here with. Just an excuse to sully our name because we won't give him the low rates anymore.

Wish you all the best Ana/Anabloixxx/Gen150 or whatever name you going to use next. You know where to find me if want to talk again. Oh wait, you're blocked. Something I should have done a long time ago.

It was in bottles, but as we informed everyone, it was a pain to pack and increase chance of bust the way we do it. So moved to flat pack which many reputable vendors have, Dragon Pharma to name one. This style is in line with our packing. Have shared the new beautiful sticker with many people. Nice mylar bags were bought but wrong size so couldn't use, hence the bag in the interim. Bottles could have been sorted as pretty sure some left at our cappers house, but it was much easier to just reimburse and be done with this guy.

Not one complaint, as they all know its real gear, until now, which is funny because we have sold Ana orals many times before but only now the quality of it comes into questions. But the pricing increase above should shed light on why this whole thing is over blown out of proportions.

Can't win them all.

I sent off a bunch of gear for hplc via jano and all raptor’s results came back fantastic.

Shame to see some reseller with some pretty clear mental issues spitting the dummy and trying to tarnish his name. We need to encourage quality labs so they stick around, not hit them with shit like this

During one of his 100's of messages episodes he divulged how much he sells everything for. Was 100-150% on top of what we gave him, all net profit he puts in his pocket. Ripping his "friends" off hard.

The day I raised oil prices by a few dollars was when he sent me about 50x messages on my 15 minute drive to Coles. He had a melt down over 2 days to not raise them; sent me photo of his cats saying he won't be able to feed them anymore because of me lol

Guilt tripped me on those 2 days by saying his life is over and not worth living (indirectly saying he going to neck him self because of me) if we also raise the oral prices by a few dollars. We returned him close to 1.2k just now, and he will sell the product he keeping for free for close to 2.5k total from prices I think I remember he quoted he sells for, might be up or down but not much. Those two little Ragdoll cats have got plenty of food from us lol

TL;DR in short for everyone - he sent 101x messages, which was 100x too much. I just needed 1x saying we forgot the bottles, and I would have had it sorted for him in 24 hours at his house with an apology message, or he could have bought them for $3 each quickly and we would have given him free orals/oils as a sorry which we do reguraly on the off chance we make a mistake. This isn't a big deal lol and one of the easier issues to sort. Real reason this all happened is because I've told him recently his oral prices are going up too because he continutes to be a headache and his been upset ever since. Begged me to keep prices same on this one, which was ok with me to do because he bought 1.2k worth of orals haha. Have sold to him I think 15x times previously, and he had no issues on any of them, he made more money then us on all those deals, but once his been finally cut off for being a mental case and a liability in those images he pasted, his response was to start a thread here and lie by saying we are scammers, when the reality of the situation is I said instantly we would pay him back in full, which we did asap, and he is the one scamming his mates on oil/oral prices.

I have also gotten screenshots from labs of him messaging them to say we are scammers, which they know we are not and they have blocked him instantly. Still waiting on all these other labs he said to me were going to back him up to show up in this thread hahaha. Wonder who they were? I would suggest to you to save your self the headache and just block him instead, which is what I should have done that day at Coles.

I have also seen a screenshot of one of gen150s messages to a very large lab and that lab certainly didn’t ‘have his back’ in fact they thought he was a fucking idiot, which any reasonable person would.
