What do you bros think are the most pain-free injection sites to use when running a cycle of short esters and injections often like trenbolone acetate and testosterone propionate?

I've used most of the Injection Sites.
My 2 Favorites are the Outside of Quads, and Delts.............................................. JP
P.S.
But I don't use Big Needles either.
25 Gauge x 5/8" for Quads.
27 Gauge x 1/2" for Delts.

Glutes and delts for me. Anytime i did quads they would always be very sore for some reason. When i do delts even with 2CC, my delts feel fine the next day, its pretty sore but not as bad as quads. With glutes the post injection pain isnt even there!

Glutes and the outside head of quads with a 25 or 27 gauge 1' or 1.5' needle is pretty much painless.

Here are some tips for reducing PIP:

1. Heat up the oil prior to injecting. Run the vial under hot water for 1-2 minutes. Heating up the oil will bring it closer to body temperature and make the oil disperse from the muscle into the blood stream much easier.

2. Gently massage the injection site for 1-2 minutes after the injection. It'll help disperse the oil into the blood stream.

3. I am a big advocate of training the muscle you injected into that day. It'll help disperse the oil from the muscle into the blood stream. In other words, try to time your glute injection on the day you train legs/glutes.

Let me Elaborate on where I go for a Quad Injection as I think this is the "Sweet Spot" for the Quads.

You go 2/3 Up from the Knee and 1/2 way down from the Top of the Quad to the Biceps Femoris.
The Biceps Femoris is that Little Notch you can feel.
This is where the Vastus Lateralis (outer Quad known as the Sweep), and Biceps Femoris meet................................ JP

I have done all muscles too. Now that I am older it is definatly outside quad.

Im the opposite with #3. If I train the same muscle group the same day I inject it that's the only time I get pip.

Usually, the best injection site are the glutes. Ever wondered why all the doctors usually do the injections precisely in the glutes? It is because it is the least tricky of the locations, and there is usually less PIP there. All in all, glutes are the fav for me.

Do gluteus with a 21 or a 23, quads with 23. It's only a little pain. Lifting to failure hurts more!
