I'm worried about kidney disease from abusing steroids over time
do you think that this can be help by taking a supplement or do you think that this problem is inevitable. I know so many EX bodybuilders who have to be on dialysis

if you are using steroids, use n2guard with them and kidneys will be clean

That is going to come more from heavy abuse unless you have pre existing kidney issues. Stick to moderate cycles, take proper time off, supplement N2Guard, and stay current on blood work.

You can run basic safe AAS cycle without causing a major health issue
Alternative you can do liver detox with supplement,
