Would like to bulk up a bit. Currently 65kilos. It isn’t much but i would like to change that
I’m aiming for a cycle that gives me more strength too, but don’t want too many sides
I’m also 25 years old, so don’t want anything too dangerous.
Currently doing 300 g of protein a day and it's not working out, will steroids help?
What if i did testosterone 500mgs a week with dianabol for bulking? And ran them both 12 weeks
 
You need to detail your training and diet a lot more if you want us to help. Just upping protein to 300g right out the gate is a bit much. You may not be training as you think. Does your training have any structure.

What does the rest of your diet/training look like?
 
i always cringe when skinny guys want to put on tons of strength quickly using steroids. it is an injury disaster waiting to happen is why

need to take ur time more

perhaps start off with an easy EQ cycle
 
you have it ALL wrong

for starters, you are far too young for steroid use but the main thing here is your diet needs the work as does your training.. you need to get someone to coach you on fixing these aspects before you even consider steroid use of any kind
 
Dianabol for 12 weeks,no,no,no!bro.test only first cycle,though yeah get a coach you will learn a lot from it,steroids isn't the answer yet bro,get everything else on point,steroids are only a supplement,diet and food is your number one anabolic to sort out along with your training.slow down turbo.

test and dbol are good for bulking add aromasin n2guard
 
Diet, training, gear. In that order

250 mg test E5D for your first cycle

If you aren’t gaining weight, you aren’t eating enough

300g of protein is a little overboard. Start looking at carbs and fats too

Lets see training and diet currently.....I think a sarms run would btr suit you until you are 28 or so....dont start aas too early....go to Umbrella sarms bro
