Still didn’t recover from lgd cycle after 4 months

I did lgd for 12 weeks after that i did my pct enclomiphene 25/25/25/25 its now 4 months later and i still struggle with erectile dysfunction

I got my test checked at the doctor office and it was 560ng/dl

I hoped you guys could give me some advice

Maybe tighten up your diet eat as clean as possible.

A carnivore diet with intermittent fasting would most likely help your test levels.

1. where did you get your lgd?
2. 560ng/dl is a fine test level, but where is your LH and FSH numbers?
also as pointed out without pre cycle bloods we cannot gauge everything
3. if you had no ED before and have it now it can be caused by many things

Indeed. You might well be at the same levels as before.

Plus you're on the young side even for sarms

You didn't use an approved source. Who knows what you took. I'd have had you WAIT, LEARN then use Umbrella Labs

You didn't run a proper mini-pct (look at HCGenerate)

You're not 100% on what your levels were before. ED might be the only issue

You was too young. No 19 year old needs a boost in test levels. At that point in your life erections and sex drive can actually be annoying.

All this and more is repeated every week here on these forums.
