Approved Log Strongman - Testosterone, Masteron, Deca, Anadrol - Cycle Log

New to this and have been reading some great threads and thought I would share.

My current cycle while in competition prep for nationals which is for 4 more weeks is

500mg test e
400mg Mast e
250mg deca

1 x 50mg anadrol on training days.

As for your log, please share more information, as this is just an 'fyi' about your cycle.

Please put up:
your stats, weight height size

diet training
diet, share meals foods and when you eat them, with some macros
training, exercises reps and weights and when you do them
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

So to continue from my first post.

I'm 43 years old I got into strongman when I turned 40. I started out at 108kg and three years later 1 sit around 135kg.

My cycle I listed above is when I'm in prep mode for comps. Once comp is over I run a base level of 250mg Test e and 125mg deca.

Due to the demands and the weights I lift I train one day on on day of.

Example - most weeks very similar
Monday -deadlifts with accessories
Tuesday day off - 30min bike ride
Wednesday- log press with accessories
Thursday day off - massage and recovery treatment.
Friday -mobility and what ever niggles I have
Saturday - atlas stones
Sunday day off.

I have found as I gotten a bit older the days I train are full on but I require the body to have the extra time to recover especially nervous system.
 
Food wide this is a very average day for me and was before I had dessert so I try stay above 6000 calories

Stone and bench (I'm thinking of aiming for 220kg by the end of 2024) look great.

When I trained with strongman competitors (inc WSM athlete Laurence Shahlaei as well as a bunch of 105kg/231lbs athletes) at my gym (some old vids on YouTube) in Gloucester we saw a 4 day program which looked like this:

Sun: off.
Mon and Tue: compounds inc squat, press, deadlift etc (no bench unless it was the off season).
Wed: off (rehab at best)
Thur: weak events and accessories
Friday: off (rehab etc)
Sat: events only - typically 4. We'd usually throw in some sort of beasting at the end (to failure)

While I never competed in strongman as such I could do a 120kg/264lbs stone to a 48-inch platform. I was, kinda obvs, decent at Farmers Holds for time etc

500 pounds is no joke that would make you one of the strongest dudes out there in a normal gym
also it would bend the bar I'm sure
