Hi All,
Keen to jump in and track the progress of my next cycle, something I wish I did on my previous cycles. This is also my small way to give back to a community that has helped and motivated me. Also big thanks to @BBL for getting me involved in the community he has put together! I will be running @BBL gear for my upcoming cycle and sharing my experiences along the way.
Definitely out of my league compared to some of the rigs on here, but hopefully my journey is still interesting to some and welcome any feedback or advice.
Background (feel free to skip as I will go into a bit of detail explaining how I got here)
I have always been very curious about anabolics as I have trained on and off throughout my 20's, but no real desire to jump on cycle (although tempted - just didn't think it was for me) but was very curious about the mechanisms. Then in early 2023 my career started taking off as a site based Project Manager, I was working 12 - 16 hr shifts alternating between day shift and night shift, while still training.
My diet was good and training was consistent, but I was struggling to see any improvement and constantly struggled with small injuries and flare ups. A friend of mine who was getting huge and in awesome shape, introduced me to a clinic that he was going through. I reached out to them and had a few consultations and got bloods done and that made me feel pretty safe with pulling the trigger. I knew PED's were a can of worms and that realistically I wouldnt have the time to learn enough to manage it myself, so having doctors reviewing my bloods (to be posted) and offering advice was perfect. All I had to do was follow their guidance and I knew I was getting pharmaceutical gear.
My first 2 cycles, 12 weeks each were Test 250mg / Deca 200mg / Anavar 40mg (8weeks) / 2 mg Arimidex with about a month cruise in between.
Very quickly began to feel more energy, my mood stabilized, and joints felt incredible. Initially I ate fairly clean and ate a lot. I was getting noticeably bigger by the time I started my second round of Deca + Var. I was stronger each weak and loving it. Started to test my joints though by not controlling form and throwing the weights. My sleep was still averaging 4 - 6 hrs a night, with a few all nighter's, 3 weeks at a time, and then I would try catch up on my sleep debt during my 1 week off. I fortunately didn't have any of the Deca side effects and really enjoyed it, except for the puffiness, especially in my face. I started leaning down going into summer, but that puffiness was still there and somewhat negated any of the aesthetic improvements for me.
The clinic then got shut down abruptly and I had no test source or pct on hand. This lead to me crashing at in the beginning of this year. I was determined to hold onto as much as I could and trained hard, however was demoralizing how rapid the decrease in strength + injury return when the deca was clearing. The lack of sleep was also catching up. I lost a heap of size and strength but knew I would I get work to get it back when ready. As my natural test levels began to return I started to see slight improvement again. I then joined a new TRT clinic that is legitimate TRT and am currently on 200mg Test and starting to make some progress to getting back some of the gains. I knew I wanted to run a cycle again but decided this time I would do as much research as I could which lead me to Evo.
My Goals and Desired Outcomes (Recomp)
A large part of my interest in anabolics is the experimental side to it, I am interested in the different compounds and how you can combine them. Its just fascinating to me see and experience for yourself. In that sense my motives are largely, but not purley results focused.
In saying that I would like to put on as much lean mass as possible. I don't aim to be shredded to the bone, however I have a bit of body fat from the earlier this year that I would like to get down to a reasonably aesthetic percantage, as well as gain as much lean muscle as possible. I am to do through my diet and cardio being in a slight deficit until I feel that deficit is affecting my progression in the gym, then I will adjust to slightly above maintenance. I use macro factor to track all my meals.

- upload daily trainings (including previous days as I record them each day)
- Body wight and BF % (as per garmin scale)
- Food logs
- Sleep (which I have improved and continue to work on)

- Any side effects and general wellbeing
Bloods will be shared as received
Even though I am no longer FIFO, I would love to be more active, but unfortunately this is the best I can manage realistically with my workload.
No stress if you skipped the novel - just thought would share my background in depth as it seems a little unique getting prescribed a cycle so thought some would find it interesting. All the good stuff and actual logging will soon follow
