Visually it looks like I've put on some fat but when I took the BF test, it said I dropped 2%. IDK, not really a big deal to me. I'll clean it up in the cut. Biceps are measuring at just a tad bit over 18.5' Food photo is 1C rice, 3oz chicken and 3oz beef. I normally do 6oz protein but didn't have enough to make the weeks worth so I halved it.
