Summer bulking cycle

Visually it looks like I've put on some fat but when I took the BF test, it said I dropped 2%. IDK, not really a big deal to me. I'll clean it up in the cut. Biceps are measuring at just a tad bit over 18.5' Food photo is 1C rice, 3oz chicken and 3oz beef. I normally do 6oz protein but didn't have enough to make the weeks worth so I halved it.

Went to the doctor and he refused to order the blood draw cause he wasn't the one who prescribed the TRT. He then went on a rant about how TRT is bad for you and that I'm facing a greater chance of heart problems and death. LOL So I'm either gonna have to pay out of pocket or see if the TRT Doc will write a script for blood so my insurance will cover it.

Had a very solid chest day today.

Flat bench 135x10, 225x10, 315x5, 400x1, 225x10, 135x20
Military press 135x10
Dbl tri press down 150x10x10, 200x10x10
Pronate press 50x10x10
Supinate press 50x10x10

Cardio did not go so well. Every muscle in my legs cramped so bad I could barely walk out the gym. It's crazy, I've never experienced cramps from running like this before.

Really falling behind, my bad guys. Lots of work consuming my time from posting.

I am in my final week. I weighed in this morning at 230, which is where I am holding constantly since coming off the dbol. The water size was nice though.

All my lifts are through the roof compared to when I started. Bench 400, Deadlift 475, back squat 500.

I have recently gotten a new doctor that isn't a cock like the one I mentioned earlier. After this week, I will be jumping straight to cutting but will not keep a log on it cause for one, I suck at updating and two, my new work schedule starting October 1 is going to be insane.
