This log is a continuation of my TRT log I have been keeping, just with some added goodies to it.
Weighed in this morning at 224lbs. Will post some pics shortly.
I will be running the following;
1-10 Test E 500/wk
1-10 Deca 300/wk
1-6 Dbol 30/day. AM/pre WO/evening
1-12 Anastrozole 0.5mg/day AM
CJC/Ipamorelin 300mcg/day split AM/PM
L-Arginine IM 200mg/day pre workout
MIC B12 2ml/wk
Glutathione 200mg/EDx4
Supplements all provided by blackstone labs
Gear support, fish oil, multi vitamin, Glycolog (insulin mimetic), glutamine, BCAA, Isolation protein, creatine.
First pin was this morning, 1ml test mixed with .5ml deca. Along with everything mentioned above.
Diet will remain almost the same for the entirety. I may increase amount once everything kicks in and I start eating more.
Breakfast - 1C oatmeal or 1.75C ground into pancake batter with 1 scoop protein powder
Meal 1-5 1C brown rice or 6oz sweet potato with 6oz chicken thigh or 6oz fish and 1scoop protein powder with water.
Snacks 11 almonds, 6oz rice chips, 2Tbsp natural peanut butter, 2 rice cakes,
Hit chest and shoulder today. Not sure how but I completely forgot to do triceps.
Incline DB press 85x10, 95x10, 105x10
Seated lat raise 15x10, 25x10x10
Pec deck 70x10x10, 80x10x10 pause/squeeze reps
Cable fly low 30x10x10x10x10
Hog leg press 20x10, 30x10 This is an exercise my coach came up with using these this ass bars called hog legs.
Rear delt fly 20x10, 30x10
Cable lat raise 10x10, 20x10
