8/1/22 Chest, shoulder and tri. Idk why, but I felt very weak today. I picked up the 80's and immediately thought, "Fuck, this is heavy". It was a struggle.

find a cardio option that is FUN man

try a group class, that is always motivational.

You gotta start now, just do 30min up an incline on treadmill thats easy cardio
 
actually your pics you looking strong maybe just light cardio
 
you looking pretty lean but I would still do cardio in bulking iMO
