I never expected you to be a bicyclist you strike me as more of a powerlifter
I'm not fanatic about it,I ride a connondale downhill mountain bike to warm up pre workout and it's good for cardio,running is to harsh on joints.can vary the intensity of the rides depending on what local route to take.i live at the foot of the blue mountains in NSW,threats sone good trails just up at Glenbrook,nice to ride to to jelly bean pools and have a swim and head back,still at the shops for ice cream of course.lol

So I finally got around to training this evening.
Premium supps warrior pre workout certainly gives that energy boost,great for hydration and that kick of stamina.
Sustanon @ 400mg
Masteron @ 600 genesis labs
Tren on hold till I get Nexium then will be back in @ 400ng.
Anavar pre workout @ 50mg wildcats.
Cialis 40mg daily.
Lower leg still healing,that's where I wanted to restart,in the squat rack.but hit chest on the bench.15° incline
Warm up sets,1st set @ 62lbs for 30 reps
2nd warm up set @ 62 lbs for 40 reps.
Working sets; × 2 @ 100lbs for 20 reps
2 × sets @ 122lbs for 20 reps
2 × sets @ 190llbs for 8 reps
2 × sets @ 212lbs for 6 reps
2 × sets @ 190lbs for 8 reps
2 × sets @ 122lbs till failure @ 17 reps
1 × set @ 62 lbs till failure @ 27 reps.
Pump from warrior pre workout from premium supps and Anavar, Cialis combined was extraordinary,fucking insane,veins popping like tree roots.all in all,basic shit but that's what I'm back to.back to basics.gonna feel it next 2 days.

but 40mgs cialis? thats too much bro no matter what 5mgs ED maybe 10mgs ed but 40mgs your NoX will be depleted
 
bicycling is a great way to get cardio and it's fun
 
my only issue with people on bicycles is they always flick you off when you're driving by
