Quick update,been terribly busy with family affairs.

Current cycle and supps.

Premium supps warrior pre workout /40mg keifei(body enhancements)winstrol daily.

6iu sassys gh blue tops(EOD)

500mg sustanon

600mg Genesis labs masteron E

200mg ugloz deca

200mg tren E

Trained/incline bench,15° incl.

Barbell chest.warm up for 30 reps @ 50lbs/pause add plates,20 reps @ 70 lbs.

Working sets,b/bell incl.bench press, minimal rest between sets,time to change plates only.

2 × sets of 12 reps @ 88lbs

2 × sets of 10 reps @ 150lbs

1 × set of 8 reps @ 190lbs

1 × set of 6 reps @ 212lbs

1 × set of 4 reps @ 212lbs

1 × set till failure @ 150lbs

1 × set till failure @ 88lbs.

That's all folks,premium supps warrior pre workout always an effective pre workout supplement,loving the genesis mast e and BE winstrol really helping dry out and progress the cut phase atm.
It's really quite mild,on the doses and the GH.just over gram n half of gear.the deca is only there for joint relief.could take it or leave it soon enough.but yes I feel absolutely fantastic brother.

I would up the volume a bit for all the gear
you high protein?

Solid incline bench work brother 💪 I have heard tren and deca can go well together bro how do you rate the combo?
 
Hello my humble brothers,just an update,re; request by gearhead.
So since just getting back into lifting after lower leg gash,I haven't been training since last log entry.apologies for not posting this sooner.uodatecis I injured my lower back at work which has had me out of action for last month or so.im recovering well and able to go for decent bike rides and walks to loosen up.i will continue on and maybee start lifting/training within the next week or so.
Current gear use is,
Test E @ 250mg per week, masteron at 200mg,deca at 200 for joint relief,was 100 but bumped it up,I have dropped the tren,dropped the orals and plan on running test only for the next month or 2 from last pin yesterday which was test only @'250mg.
Next cycle will be winter blast,which we are in only 3rd week of autumn here in australia.so starting 1st of June.
Test E, EQ,anadrol.deca low dose for joints.all the best guys.much love.

Haven't trained since last post in early March,had a lower back injury, recovery going well so I'm thinking of starting light this weekend,get back into it,prep for my upcoming winter blast cycles start end of April beginning of June.looking forward to an EQ,test anadrol cycle.diet isn't great,need to sort a decent sustainable diet,almost carnivore (high protein)but of course simple carbs pre training,what do you think,diet wise.cherrs brother

@Seventieschild lets sort this out so we can get a full log going. I'm interested in your progress but hard to see without diet right. I am thinking you can train full soon or at 50%?
